I was told about this place. We have been thinking of trying it since they opened. Wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich and she loved everything about it. I got the Italian and I loved it. The potato salad was outstanding. And we topped it off with a salted caramel cookie. We will definitely be back.

Lenelle is awesome! This is a sandwich place with pretty similar style menu to Panera. Pick/choose 2 options, salads and some sides. I got the Reuben was pretty good. Nice interior and quick service.

Great overall. Interior styling is nice mix or rustic and modern. I had the Jalapeño Sandwich. It was good. Also my side was the potato salad it alright. Service is great. Interior was also clean.

Two “pick twos” and two fountain drinks ran us $37. This was the size of each of our portions. The soup tasted canned and was very watery. Could not recommend a more disappointing place for lunch if you want a sad, extremely over priced meal.

Food was ready when i got there. Ordered spud, wish there was more mac n cheese. I think butter was supposed to be included for the potato which they forgot.

This was a very nice place to have lunch with a wide variety of food, as well as a friendly staff. The food was amazing, I went for something new, in this case a honey ham and Swiss cheese melt with tomatoes, mayonnaise, and ciabatta bread. It was spectacular, and was a good way to get some energy on a long road trip. I received reports from others in my party that their sandwiches were also amazing. The service was good, albeit a bit slow considering we got there well before the lunch rush. Otherwise the staff were very patient and nice. The atmosphere was very calm and laid back, and while the decoration wasn't as well done as someplace like a Cracker Barrel (which is hard to match anyway) it offered a nice mix of a rustic home feel combined with modern accents.

The customer service was amazing. I ordered the nachos, and a half sandwich, with a sweet tea. The establishment was clean, and the lady at the cash register was friendly.

This place is great! Been here multiple times and the food is always great, the staff is awesome. They messed up my soup one time and I wasn't going to say anything because I like all of the soups so I started eating my other food and as we were eating, they came up and said they remembered they made a mistake and brought me the other soup as well!!

I ordered from Mcallister's for a catering event, and I was so pleased with the service and kindness that was shown to us! The manager came out and joked with us and helped us get the food to the car easily. The store itself was very clean and well maintained! We arranged all of the food for the event, and it looked as yummy as it tasted! Everything was perfect! I cannot recommend this Mcalister's enough for your next catering need or a nice meal!
