My wife and I chose to work with Melissa to assist with planning our honeymoon since it was our first time traveling out of the country. We went to a resort in Cabo, Mexico. Melissa was outstanding to work with from the very first call we had throughout our entire trip. If we ever had any questions, she was quick to respond with all the information we needed. I've never worked with a travel agent before, but I won't be doing any major travel without working with Melissa in the future; she was invaluable! I felt like she definitely went above and beyond for us making sure we didn't have to stress (as if having our wedding the day before we leave for Mexico wasn't stressful enough!). She even caught an error that the resort made with our final payment at the last second and stayed up into the wee hours of the morning on hold with them to make sure our resort didn't drop us last minute. 10/10 experience.
