Great place for hourly rates with mirrors on ceiling. Good meeting place for swipes. Take an uber so you don't get caught by PI cause no parking

Pretty decent for a 2-star hotel. Fairly clean rooms. Had to make an emergency stop here due to snow storm, host was very helpful and generous.

Nice quint room. Had mirror above bed. Made curricular activities very interesting. Lol staff leaves you alone until check out time. The owners wife is π€very unpleasant. Owner himself is cool though.

The room was clean could use a new comforter nice TV the air conditioner was loud and didn't work as well as I would have liked there wasn't a refrigerator in my room but they had an ice machine customer service was good the room was $95 a night cheapest around. The bed wasn't big but it was comfortable

The owner Sam is extremely nice and attentive. Listens to what you have to say. Rooms are very well kept including property. Sam is willing to give directions and advice. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this place. Very convenient hotel. Thank you Sam and staff for making our work stay a very pleasant one.

Went for a Georgia football game. The staff was really nice, they even offered to drive us to downtown Athens on Friday night and also for the game on Saturday. The inside of the rooms were actually better than we had anticipated, they have a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen tv. Didn't see any bugs or roaches the entire time we were there. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

We happened to find this hotel through the internet because all other hotels in the Athens, GA area were already booked. Because of the reviews that we found online about this place we were expecting a complete dump, but were pleasantly β¦

Clean, quiet and impressive for being a hole in the wall kinda place. I payed more at Econo Lodge then we did here and here is a lot better. Full kitchen and bathroom in a double room. Definitely if I have the chance I will be back (don't mind the messy bed; unmotivated boyf Lazy kinda day)
