Had Sunday lunch and they were busy even at 1:30. Because they were so busy the service was a little slow. The food was good and the price is good. Maybe when they are not busy the service would be better.

Very good. One of the places that's so good you're not sure if you want to leave a good review because you don't want them to get too busy. Definitely recommend. I have had multiple dishes and they are all amazing. Definitely try the guacamole with the chips before you order your entree.

Their food is all delicious. I got a choripollo and it was out of this world. Waiters are super friendly and always checking up on you. Needs more parking though.

Five stars. Best birria tacos I have ever had. Best birria consommé I’ve had since I got a bowl of consommé in Mexico City. The rice was perfect.

This was my favorite spot for Mexican tacos, but after today, I won’t be going back. The food is still great—but the service ruined the entire experience. My server was incredibly rude, ignored everything I asked for, and then completely disappeared. There were only two other tables in the restaurant—it was after the lunch crowd—so there was no excuse for the neglect. I never even received my bill and had to walk up to the counter just to pay. I also paid $3 for a drink that was 90% ice, got no refills, and wasn’t even offered a to-go cup. The host and other staff were friendly, so I’m not sure what the issue was with my server—but being treated like an inconvenience and then expected to leave a tip for awful service? No thanks. It’s a real shame because the food is awesome. But bad service like that is a dealbreaker. I won’t be back.

Our server was super nice and friendly. Food and dessert was good. I went with my husband , my sister and my 2 year old. It was 4 of us in total. The menu said "tip added for parties of 6 or more" when we asked for our checks we noticed that 15% was automatically added. No problem at all because we always tip 20% or more since my sister and I are servers ourselves so we know how it is. Our problem was that we weren't notified of this beforehand. My sister and I have worked in plenty of restaurants, enough to know that sometimes servers do this because they think you won't tip smh. I asked my server and she said it's always included but I don't remember it being added on other occasions. This is a picture of my sisters check.

So we went to Los Reyes last night because we had a hankering for Mexican food. I already know Los Reyes is my favorite in the area even though it’s not the closest. I was surprised to find them very busy when we arrived, there’s usually several guests but I’ve never seen it so packed. We got a table up front and sat side-by-side. The server showed up pretty quickly and was very friendly. She brought chips and salsa on the first trip and we ordered a small cheese dip. It came out pretty quickly and the cheese was creamy and really good. I wish I had asked for jalapeños in the cheese dip. I forgot. Booooo. You can tell the tortilla chips are made in house because they are not uniform and well…I just think they’re made in house. Server brought our menus and our cheese dip and we looked it over to see what we wanted. I already knew what I wanted; I get the same thing every time I come here. There are plenty of things to try, but I like the chiles Riano so much and I always get that. I usually get just the cheese inside of the tender poblamo peppers with refried beans and rice. Everything is really good, just perfect and like I said I get the same thing every time. I guess I’m just a boring person. This time I ordered one chicken and one steak cooked inside the peppers. I have tried the chicken before, but I had never had the steak. My husband ordered some kind of chicken something I don’t remember what it was but he really liked it. He said it was the best beans he had ever had. I have to say the chicken was excellent… excellent. It’s tender and it has a wonderful chargrilled flavor, which I did not expect. The steak was the same. The char grilled flavor was just so so good. The poblamo pepper was tender but not mushy and cooked just right. Just the same as always. There was plenty of cheese inside too, so plus the cheese sauce on the top. The rice and beans were excellent as always. I enjoyed my meal very much. Just like everyone I come here. If you’re craving Mexican and want some really good food head up Highway 29 out of Athens, Georgia and stop at Los Reyes. It is on the right not far past the highway patrol station. Don’t speed through there because… you know… highway patrol station.

The food had a nice presentation but it just didn't taste like what I expected. I tried a gordita and a sope. The steak sope was ok. But lacked flavor. The gordita was not at all what I expected. No flavor at all on the ground beef. Very bland. I did like the rice but it isn't the best. The service was the best part. Everyone super friendly and attentive.

It can be hard to find really good chili rellenos, but theirs are amazing! Perfect pablano peppers. No soggy breading. Just lots of creamy, tasty goodness. I've eaten there several times and I've never had anything that wasn't delicious. 💜

Excellent food and even better prices. They have the cutest outdoor seating areas. Parking is slightly difficult but the amazing food and service makes makes up for it! I will definitely be coming back!
