This was a good dining experience.. My food was a little under cooked, I didn't return my 12oz Riley steak. I chose to eat it, as I got to the end of the steak it was cooked medium well. I don't eat medium well I eat well done. The server asked if I wanted to have the steak put back on the grill. I said "Not at" all. I don't eat food put back on the grill. As a trained chef, I would not put anyone's food back to be recooked. I would just remake the order. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and asked me if, "I wanted a new steak to be remade." I said "no," and she said,'it would be my pleasure to make you another." I said "no" again because I ate the steak and gave my wife the medium well steak to eat. Theresa said, "Since you didn't eat all the steak, im going to make you another one." She made me another perfect steak. This is the kind of post Covid customer service the restaurant industry needs to have, but most restaurants' services have gone in a downward direction. I understand food cost, so I didn't want to waste the restaurants money. Great manager job, Theresa!!!!!

We went on a Friday. Even though they were busy, the service was good. Reservation process was not smooth but the person who served us was very attentive. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, which was very good, and the seasoned rice was also nice. We also ordered the Outlaw ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. And their portion sizes are huge.

I always prefer Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch over a fast food place. The prices are the same and you get more bang for the buck. If you have time, take the opportunity. Our bill for this was 20.05 without tip. It’s cheaper and better than Arby’s.

I really liked how well staffed they were and served customers promptly. Our waiter was very thorough and the food was tasty. The Atmosphere was one of medium but not too low lighting with a large variety of table sizes, booths and bar. This is a good restaurant with a big menu if you are a steak eater. Although I am not, my salad was very very good!

Never again. Ruined my birthday dinner. Was almost empty restaurant and still took at least 5 min for waiter to come to table. It took another 10 min to get our drinks. Then bread showed up. The manager showed up to serve our entrees . We said we didn't get salads yet. Ended up eating everything at same time. The steak was supposed to be med rare. It was extremely overspiced and medium. It took another 15 minutes to get the check. They never cleared any plates away. Never saw manager again. Very disappointed. Won't be back .

This use to be a place we enjoyed eating at and spending our money here. Last visit was a bit disappointing. After being seated it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table. Ordered our drinks and wild west shrimp, 10 mins later our drinks and bread arrives, then a bit later my salad shows up way before the appetizer. Half way through my salad the wild west shrimp shows up way over cooked,... not quite rubbery but real close. The rest of the meal was average at best. Our server was nice but I think she could use some more training. Prolly go to Commerce LH next time.

I frequent this location pretty often and the service is always great! Sometimes, I feel like they can do a little better with the cleanliness of the tables. I understand it gets busy at times, but maybe give them a little more care before a new party is seated. The dragon fruit margaritas are the best!!!

This was by far one of the most disgusting and disappointing experiences ever. Every thing was going pretty good our waitress was really nice. Every thing was going really smooth actually until we found a little roach running in our loaded potato I swear at first I had to second guess what I was looking at. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I immediately wave down one of the waiters let them know they grab the manager for me that tried to make it seem like I was wrong and was in disbelief. When she saw it she said “that’s a gnat” no ma’am gnats have wings this is literally a baby roach. She asked if we wanted a new plate made, we said no. She barely apologized between her teeth still not believing it. Said “I will write it off your check” as she was walking away I saw her mash the roach still on the plate. It took our waiter a good 10 minutes to come around to ask if we needed anything and apologize (we know it’s not her fault). The manager was so nonchalant about the whole situation she never came back to our table you would think she would have found ways to remedy the problem at that point we didn’t even finish eating we just wanted to go. Even though we left more than half our food some of us left it all. We still paid gave the waitress a good tip(she was nice, it wasn’t on her I guess). Be careful with your food I will never go back and I will make sure DPH knows about this I have a live picture and my receipt just in case they deny it. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!

When I unintentionally messed up my order, she handled the situation with grace and ensured everything was fixed promptly. I also appreciate the manager for taking the time to come by my table and extend their kindness as well. It’s clear that you all go above and beyond to make your guests feel valued.
