Where to begin. Had I seen all the negative reviews for Jessica the “Super Host” I never would’ve booked with her. Let me tell you what this woman did before I tell you about the cabin. She had my very honest review taken down by Airbnb. Jessica then retaliated by leaving a negative review against my family and I. Don’t get me wrong, the Roundhouse is super entertaining for the entire family with all the fun stuff they have downstairs. However, get ready for a spider infestation! We had to be very vigilant with each step we took as there were very large spiders everywhere. The place was unclean. White towels with stains and hard on the body, dirty kitchen towels and filthy bbq grill. We basically cleaned the entire place and left it spotless. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when we opened the windows to get fresh air from the let smells we found the windows tracks were FULL of dead insects. Months worth! When I complained about it I was told that they don’t DEEP CLEAN after every guest. Are you kidding me! She didn’t apologize nor offer anything in return. They did send someone to clear the dust off of some furniture but nothing else. What got me is that she will do anything to keep those 5 star reviews on Airbnb, even have them take your honest review down. Shame shame shame on you Jessica! I wish I had more photos but here are a few.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bavarian Hideaway cabin with my spouse and a couple friends and my sister at Little Andy Mountain Cabins. Had a great time. Spacious very clean and well appointed cabin with comfortable beds and a nice fireplace. Short drive to the German town Helen where you can go gift shopping and eat some schnitzel

Absolutely fantastic! Stayed at the Alpine Sweet. Exactly as described! We would give 10 stars if we could! To the “7 Karen’s” reviews: Can’t control mother natures polar vortex that had freezing rain the weeks before our stay, making the drive up the mountain impossible. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our visit to Helen, our stay was comfortable, everything was clean, host responded within a timely manner. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I expected to have bar soap and shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is the first one where they didn’t supply those toiletries. The hand soap in bathrooms (pump) had very little soap, not completely filled. I would advise the host to put what they don’t supply at the home so guest are aware and not just assume it would be there.

Do not stay at little Andy’s mountain cabins in the winter. They are not reliable Rented through Airbnb. Check in was at 4. At 330 we received a message saying they were having issues with the drive way. It has snowed a week prior and the drive way was never cleared off. Additionally the cabin had never been cleaned since the last people had stayed there. We reserved at least two months prior. All of the communication between Jessica who was the renter was horrible and nothing was rectified. At 7 at night we were told to find different accommodations. I understand it is a mountain cabin, but when you have guests that have rented two months in advance and it has snowed a week prior, you would think that a mountain cabin rental company would know how to check on their cabins prior to the day of check in, communicate with people from out of state coming to stay in their cabin, and be a little more prepared for mountain winter weather.

Beautiful Cabin. Spacious two stories with lots of space for the family to hangout and when someone needs a quiet time. Very cozy, the decor is very detailed and beautiful. Very clean and equipped with everything you need and then some. The views are breathtaking and I loved that it was so centralized to go to many places around like Helen, scenic mountain drives, the chattacoochee River, even went to scaly mountain to play in the snow and it was a gorgeous drive. It was a very pleasant stay, we were so comfortable and happy we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to comeback. Oh and the service was great. Host was very friendly and available to answer questions.

The cabin is very spacious and it's fantastic location (5 minutes from downtown) and beautiful views from every room in the cabin makes it's highly appealing for Airbnbers. The rooms, including the restrooms, were quite spacious and well planned out and well maintained. Highly recommend 👍 …

Pictures do not do the view justice! This cabin was situated perfectly in the mountain and really close to the city of Helen. The hot tub was amazing and the owner had almost an immediate response to any message I sent. We’re already talking about renting again for the summer :)

Ruined our vacation. Booked this cabin 3 months in advanced only to have the host cancel on us and leave us stranded. Do not book with these cabin rentals. They will leave you high and dry with no communication. They started they had a gc working on it. They did this to the six of us and then another group of 6 that rented the other cabin. The snow storm happened a week ago. There is no excuse for any of this.

Absolutely outstanding property. We stayed at little Andy lookout cabin but drove to the other properties and they are just as great!! Relaxing and tranquil area close to state parks and downtown Helen. The owners are just so accommodating. I can not say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need plus everything you didn’t realize you needed. Grocery stores 5 miles yet you still feel secluded in the mountains. Most definitely would book again. 10 stars
