We scheduled a tour at one of the units. First off, no one showed up for the tour. We reached out to two different numbers and no one answered or called back. Second, it seemed as if no one even lived in the units at all. And last, it was as if the whole building was not livable due to one of the units being burned down.

My experience with South's Best has been phenomenal this past year. To say that the townhomes are spacious understates just how much room is available, and we have been overjoyed at just how much room we have. Every time we ever had any trouble with appliances the maintenance crew would investigate the issue within one or two days and had provided a solution within the week. Their prices aren't just competitive but often the cheapest you can find. I know for a fact that my rent in our five-person townhome is cheaper per person than any other housing I know of in Athens. All-together for five people the rent is comparable to the cost of most housing for one or two. I would recommend South's Best to anybody. The South's Best is managed by family members and maintenance is provided 24/7. They furnish lawn care service also. Their spacious townhomes are on the busline, and close to eastside Athens shopping centers and Wal-Mart.
