I am a mortgage lender and have worked with Tom and his staff for over 4 years now on closings. Not only is he one of the lowest cost attorneys in the area, but he also does a PHENOMENAL job. His team is responsive with our closing department, and he handles any hiccup with calmness. There are many times Tom calls me personally to discuss details of a transaction directly. As a lender that is HUGE. If I was a client, agent, or lender I would 100% rely on Tom and his team any day.

We did not choose this legal office and would not use again. The attorney was very unprofessional and pretentious. Tossed papers across the table and was not very welcoming at all. I’ve purchased 4 homes previously and this was definitely an anomaly in how I’ve ever been treated. The office staff was also rude and pulled the realtor away instead of letting her walk out with us or saying have a good day or anything. We had movers waiting and this law office was not punctual either. Not impressed. Everyone there needs to get over themselves. Learn to treat the ceo of a company and the custodian the same is my advice. Rudest place I’ve encountered in Athens, GA thus far!

Please do not give your business to this law office. When we closed on our house last year, the lawyer who worked with us was absolutely rude, disrespectful, and literally threw our papers at us. I regret employing this law office for closing. I closed on a new home today with a different lawyer and it was a world of a difference! There are definitely better lawyers out there who will treat their clients with respect so take your business elsewhere!
