Went here on 10/9/25, and it was not my first time. I ordered the pick 5, 3 cheese Krystals no pickle, small fry, and small Dr. Pepper. It did not take long for them to get my order done. I went inside, and everyone was very nice. I will keep going here when the opportunity present itself, and I recommend you all try them as well.

**Beware** **Racist and Rude** I have never felt more disrespected then walking in at 10:04 after walking from the greyhound bus station. The door clearly states its open 7 days a week till 1100 but upon arrival I was told the inside was closed. Seeing as I was the only ones I knew she had a problem with my 2 bags and me. I went and checked it stated on the door 7 days a week it was open til 11pm. I stated that the door said 11pm and the lady she said well we could can refuse service to anyone. I was shocked and thrown off. I mean being a disabled military vet I have experienced trauma but this was beyond rude. I then told her I had 43million views on Google smiled and laughed at me. I can't believe this would happen to someone especially me. Krystal should feel horrible with having hateful employees like this. I will never go back to this Krystal. Be better.... be real and have customer service.

I've been here a couple of times on lunch breaks and I've yet to have a bad experience. The staff is efficient and have a friendly demeanour when taking and handing you your order. Food is fresh and hot everytime I've been here. The building itself could use some TLC, I feel like a renovation could bring it life

The people were nice when i order. I never had krystal before so i try it. The food was not great. I did not like the sliders. No flavor and plain. Prob next time try other stuff. However, the ppl were nice and gave us our order correct. I was sad about the taste of the food.

Service is fine but please, please actually cook your food. For starters, I have never had a fully cooked burger here. Ever. In 15+ years. I don't even try to eat it without microwaving it anymore. I am no expert (actually I have a decade of food svc experience) but you have to have some pretty incompetent managers to have these clowns serving burgers that temp out at 40° mid summer. Like we all know this crap you serve sits out for 5 hours at a time with flies on your heat warmer. Ive watched yall drop chicken bare handed, watched as your cashiers stir drinks with their fake nails, seen employees come in from smoking without washing their hands. You all are lucky I'm not the food inspector because this store has become a disgusting liability for this entire community

Been going here since I was a kid and always will be a solid option! Just tried their chicken nuggets for the first time and I really like how crunchy the outside is and how pillowy the inside is. The tots are just the best ever. However with the sodas if you’re looking for a caffeine free option it’s water, lemonade, strawberry Fanta (who likes that, seriously?), or orange juice. The Krystals are really good of course, occasionally the buns can be kinda wet but I chalk that up to the fact that they steam them. Not enough to really put me off though. I miss when they used to have milkshakes, the chocolate one I really liked because it had a unique dark chocolate flavor like no other.

Food is always good! Only downside is when you accidently get a spicy chic instead of classic chic. Service is great!! Atmosphere doesn't really count as I'm eating in my car.

This is by far the worst Sausage Scrambler bowl I have ever had at Krystal. Even after adding salt and pepper to it, it still tasted bad. And, for the cost increases we're experiencing at fast food restaurants now, it baffles me how bad the food quality is now. So disappointed.

This is one of the worst Krystals I have ever been to! After trying to order from the outdoor menu without any acknowledgment—no "please wait," nothing—I went inside. I stood at the counter making eye contact with the staff, yet no one bothered to speak to me. I waited five minutes, and still, no one communicated with me. When a white man entered and experienced the same lack of service, it became clear this isn't a racial issue; it’s a fundamental problem with poor service. This has happened repeatedly at this location, whether it's day or night. The owners need to take action and replace the current staff with people who actually want to work. It's 3:15 PM on April 28, 2025, and this ongoing poor service cannot be ignored any longer. I am going to contact the owners and involve the news because this is completely unacceptable in our neighborhood. If no one speaks out, nothing will ever change. The manager, who has been with the company for a long time, must be held accountable for this lack of service.
