My first time visiting but everything I got was good, the burgers, hot dogs and chicken was spicy but tasty as well. My next visit to Athens Ga, I shall return. Great customer service considering there was only one person I saw working and preparing my meal. Very sweet young lady.

Not a bad experience, but due to lack of staff, the drive through ( on more.than one occasion), was very slow. I almost left the drive through because of the wait.

Krystals has always been my favorite fast food since I was little. The one in my hometown has closed so all I have nearby is the two athens locations. This one is best. Maybe the hospital next door keeps it going but I'm glad and hope it's there forever! The only issue that all krystals locations seems to have now is they don't teach the cooks to steam them long enough so that the bread gets soggy. That's part of the charm and flavor and tradition! I don't like the bread dry.

They still need to bring the old fries bag, the soft ones, they were better. But these will do. They’ve had to revise the fries a few times and they’re earning my trust back. This my go-to everytime. I don’t play about my chili cheese fries. Ima keep ‘em in business!

The colonel has it going on... Hard-working folks making good southern cooking... The entire establishment is clean and sanitary and the bathrooms are clean enough to eat off of enjoy your visit get free refills management is absolutely fabulous and the crew is so kind these people really really really work hard for their little itty bitty minimum wage check with no benefits... Please give everyone good job kudos... they thought they were at a chicken of all things at KFC Kentucky fried Chicken to be out of chicken not cool a KFC but they found some and they did not charge us for us having to wait longer for it to cook and we're so grateful for their professionalism and keeping us as a customer because we were going to go down the road and eat at the other chicken place Happy holidays 2020.

Food was surprisingly good but the person taking my order had an attitude the whole time which is understandable but they also gave me tiny wings and put in 11 instead of 12 wings. They did taste good though.

Got the #4,5 cheeseburgers, tater tots with chili & cheese (which was the first time I had this) & a coke. Very tasty. Tater tots was a meal in itself. Dine in meal. Due to being freshly cooked, we had to wait a few minutes. However, staff brought our order to our table. As far as service and food quality, no gross problems. It is the Krystals we all grew up with. Have been going to this particular Krystal for at least 38 years. Without being rude, crude & socially unacceptable, the only thing out of the ordinary was the fact that a frail lady who appeared to be somewhat socially incapable was wandering randomly throughout the seating area, talking to others who were seated. By observation, it appeared that she may have been a regular fixture and frequent patron. No gross negative infractions were noted, and she eventually made her way out. To note, the last 4/5 times I have been here, the staff are always very nice. This Krystal has been a mainstay for this part of the community. May they continue to serve as a pitstop for this neighborhood, and it's thrufair.

Watched about 5 cars pull out of the drive thru line due to no one taking peoples orders in a timely matter. I have literally never sat in a drive thru line for as long as we did. If this hadn’t been the only open place we would’ve also left. The night crew was not only ridiculously slow but also RUDE. And the food was…. A disgusting mess.
