I’ve lived here for almost three years and I have had a great experience here. Maintenance requests were always answered quickly and helpful. Hillary at the office was extremely helpful whenever I had questions and overall I have enjoyed living here.

My daughter lived here and said that the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors up to 2am. The staff office are not understanding and makes no accommodations for people that have been living there for 2 years+. There is not enough parking spots either. Dog poop is every where. Big spiders near the garbage. Spiders, bugs, and insects get in the house as well… Not to mention, she had to put a maintenance request in for the grass to be cut.

Worst possible place for students. Management is the worst in the Athens District. Property manager doesn’t know how to help his tenants. Terrible customer service. Only nice people are the receptionists. Everyone else including maintenance workers are rude and don’t help in situations regarding them.

Having lived in several different properties in athens over the past few years, I can honestly say that living at Knoll Creek was, by far, my best living experience. Great location in between campus/downtown and college station for groceries. Lots of natural light in the house and had no maintenance problems which was nice. Management was always professional and nice. Well priced and neighbors were friendly as well. Solid stay🙏

Such a beautiful property! One of the best living experiences in Athens, Georgia. We’ll maintained and easy access to all the amenities Athens has to offer. The management team was excellent, always available to help with any issues or questions I had. Five stars all around!

The place is beautiful but management is terrible, We've been seeking for help since the beginning of school regarding an incident at knoll creek, Customer service is terrible, the receptionist not knowing anything about our situation were probably the only people to be nice to us or give us good service.
