OMG! This place was such an amazing find for me as a Marietta local! The bartender — a veteran — is super friendly, and they’ve got a great selection of quality scotch and single malts that won’t break the bank. The food is excellent for a pub, and I love the cozy Scottish vibes. Plus, the outdoor patio is a great touch! 10/10 would recommend!

Phenomenal! Food is INCREDIBLE and the atmosphere is so fun! Bangers and mash, Shepard pie and fish and chips oh my! And the seating is so cool. Take a look around before you sit down! Can’t recommend enough!

Great pub! The food was delicious forgot to take a picture at the beginning apologies for the partially eaten platter but the cabbage was amazing and the bangers were tasty with both sides. The horseradish sauce wasn't too strong. My friend had the Reuben and Irish nachos. The Irish nachos are hefty and a great starter to share. Enjoyed speaking with both bartenders and the pub and a friendly environment. Definitely recommend to those visiting.

I have been here many times and it’s always a good time. The whiskey room has fantastic decor and the bartender Patti knows how to sling a drink. I like the bonfire out back and live music. There are multiple bathrooms that are always stocked with paper towels and toilet paper which is a rare find. I love the pizza and fries. As for the Dublin lawyer sandwich I find it “guilty” for being the best sandwich on the square. I do wish they had spinach dip and Jameson.

Johnnie MacCracken's: Where the Fish is Excellent and the Pub is on Fire! 🔥🍻 Forget your average Irish pub; Johnnie MacCracken's Celtic Firehouse Pub is a destination built on history, good beer, and incredible food. Nestled right in the heart of the Marietta Square in the old Fire Station No. 1 (from 1885!), this place has layers of historic charm and a vibe that’s pure, fun chaos. We came for the pub classics and they delivered! The Fish & Chips were absolutely excellent—perfectly battered, not too heavy, letting the fish flavor shine. And that mysterious "egg" on the menu? That's their famous Scotch Egg, and it was YUM! It's the kind of classic pub grub that pairs perfectly with their massive selection of European draft beers (which they boast is the largest in Cobb County!). The atmosphere is cozy, eclectic, and full of character. With the historic memorabilia, holiday decorations up (you know I love the festive spirit!), and the friendly feel, you just want to sit down and "stay a spell." If you’re looking for authentic pub fare, a cozy firehouse atmosphere, and a place that truly celebrates history and humor, Johnnie MacCracken’s is the real deal! #JohnnieMacCrackens 🍻 #MariettaSquare #MariettaGA #CobbCounty #CelticPub #FirehouseHistory 🔥 #FishAndChips #ScotchEgg #PubGrub #IrishPub #EuropeanDraftBeer 🍺 #CozyVibes #AtlantaEats

I didn’t have food, but I saw a lot of people with it. Looked good. Drinks are fairly cheap, I had seltzers for $7 each. I went for music and it was a cool spot. Definitely more on the rowdy side, but it was awesome!

Really enjoyed this pub. Loved the drinks and ambience, food was good wish the fish n chips were a bit more flavorful but not bad. 4/5 would definitely come back for a beer again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually love this place. The vibes and staff are always great! buttttttt, I wasn’t able to get in this last time because my ID had expired just a month ago (29y/o) /: I totally understand they have to follow the rules, but I did offer to show a photo of my valid passport on my phone. It’s a disappointing, mostly because it was my first night out after two months of bed rest, but I guess rules are rules. Hopefully my new ID comes soon so I can actually enjoy a night here again!

Recently been here again.. I visited one time like 2 yrs ago. It was totally different experience this time. Inside smells like really old and dusty. Food and Guinness were not so good.. two of us had stomach ache and one threw up after we got home🥲 It is because of the bad food quality.. I am not sure if they kept if fresh during hot weather ====== Looking for an Irish pub? This is the place. The best draft Guinness!
