I ordered a coffee and asked for soy milk and white mocha. Paid for it and watched my coffee be made 3 times (keep in mind, I was the only waiting and there was no one else in line). First time, water was being added to my cup. Second time, she put half and half and not the soy milk. I politely asked her if it was made with soy milk, and she said she forgot. Went back and made it again. This time, I can audibly hear that the tub of syrup she was using was pumping out air and not white mocha. I let it go because maybe there was some flavor in it. I am drinking it now, and I do not taste a single hint of white mocha. I like the location in Boyd better. They're friendlier and actually know how to make coffee.

Not a great location. They've gotten the order wrong on multiple occasions when it was not busy. They used the wrong milk both times. As a matter of health and safety, this is important. Accidentally using almond or 2% milk might seem like a simple mistake, but to those with allergies and dietary restrictions, such a mistake can be painful, uncomfortable, or life-threatening. Along with that, the new hours are a joke. Reduced from 1 AM to 10 PM is a significant decrease, and the lost resource is detrimental to all student.

You should promote Ansley to team leader. Not only did she craft the perfect caffeinated beverage, she went above and beyond when she noticed my shoe was untied and dove over the counter to assist me so I wouldn't trip. Then, she walked me to my class and even took notes for me so I could enjoy the scrumptious coffee undistracted. How do you find these employees?? Not all heroes wear capes.

My favorite Jittery Joe's! There are always great tunes playing, and the service is quick and efficient, especially considering the sheer amount of people they have to serve. All of the drinks and snacks are great, especially the apple cider and chocolate muffin. I would definitely recommend if you need a bite or drink when studying.

Today I went and picked up three pastries, shortly after I asked one girl working there for a for. She shortly said “no, we dont” and promptly turned away and dismissed me quite rudely. I then went to the cashier, told her about her coworkers response and she explained that they do not actually have forks , which is fine. I asked the cashier for a spoon and she gave it to me but not without reminding me that they are not supposed to give utensils out to “people who don’t pay.” I was carrying my pastries in the bag that hey gave me inside of one of my other bags and said I did pay. I held up the bag to show her. She offered the emptiest “well, sorry” I have ever heard. The food is decent study food and hot drinks for the average college student but there need to be improvement. They need some more customer service training for sure and I’ll be avoiding this location.

Oh How I Love Jittery And Joes at MLC! Ansley Groen Is A Gem! She Helped My Grandma Cross the Tate Crosswalk When She Was Leaving Her Shift. Without Her, My Grandma May Have Been Hit By Central Loop Bus Driver. Great Service. Great Workers! Ansley - You Are My Hero!

Literally 3/4 of the employees are extremely rude. Love Jit Joes but NOT this one. Was just studying beside it waiting for it to open and one of the girls YELLED that she "f***ing hates everyone that shops there". I always order black coffee and ask for NO ROOM and the cup is always half full. Just go downtown or to 5P.

Wow! I love this jit joes! The playlist is straight fire ! (Fleetwood Mac!Lorde! Maggie Rogers! ) The people are super nice and always ready to explain any menu item! (Also have really cool tattoos and outfits !) Can’t believe they’re so nice with the amount of traffic they must get on campus, but it doesn’t go unnoticed ♥️

HORRIBLE COFFEE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to buy a PB&J today that was priced at 2.99 on the package, but the cashier rang it up as $4.99. When asked about the price difference, she proceeded to rudely say 'that's just what it is in our system' without even bothering to even look into why that was. I MEAN WHO THE HELL PAYS 5 DOLLARS FOR A PB&J?!? She then went on to ignore me and asked the customer behind me what she would like since I was clearly not important enough for her time. Really upsetting since I've given business to this Jit Joes ever since my Freshman year. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
