The quality has gone down hill the past several visits to this location. The latest sandwich was a disappointing Ultimate Porker with bare ingredients. Almost $13 for this sad sandwich and a regular Coke, no sides. Plus, I think the drive through menu prices do not match the price you are charged (yes, this is excluding tax because America cannot figure out how to price items with tax included).

The lady at the cash register was not friendly at all. The service was quick, the restrooms were clean, and the totally tuna sandwich was good!

This is the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. I live in winder, and they can’t seem to get it right. They don’t follow instructions in person, on the app, on the phone, or through the drive-through, but the Athens location never fails, and it just feels so good to know that I am getting a bang for my buck. Thanks, Baxter Jimmy John’s!

I have never had a bad experience with this location. Food and order always right. They have the fastest delivery in Athens! The club lulu is my favorite but I tried the club tuna today and it's great!

Ate here with my friends the other day. Semmes ordered the Italian night club. He didn't realize it came with veggies which he hates. The crew happily made him a new sub and let us keep the first. Richie kept it in our cooler to eat later. Every time we would open the cooler for a beer the whole van would smell like Italian night club. After 3 days we decide to paint the sandwhich red. So nice

Typically delivery to my job is seamless because of their driver Gayle knowing exactly where to go. However, the driver I had today missed the mark. While, I appreciate the staff and driver for eventually helping me figure out where my food was delivered, the experience was still a bit irritating. Pale gray doors at the back of an empty lot do not look like dark green doors on the front of a historic theatre's box office. I was told to refine my delivery instructions next time, so perhaps I will have the driver call me and we talk through the delivery together. All-in-all, my food is tasty and it's a Friday, so I can't be too mad!

The sandwiches were really good but I am giving 2 stars because of the drive thru service. The girl that took our order was just short and almost hostile. She just acted like she was put out when we had questions. We have not eaten here in six months and decided to grab a sandwich With so many choices today I guess they think they can get away with that because they are close to UGA. But, they loose everyone else when they act disgruntled for no reason. Hospitality training is terribly needed at this location.

I order about once every few weeks or so from this jimmy johns. I typically order the turkey tom, but I went for the big John to try the roast beef. It was terrible. The roast beef was hard and I was spitting it out throughout the sandwich, trying to find the soft parts. I didn’t even eat the other half. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a turkey tom as a replacement. He said if he did that, then they would lose product……(so they’d rather lose a customer I guess). I asked for a refund, he said that I need to call corporate because he can’t do that either. So what can you do manager? Why is there even a manager? So I call corporate, and the rep says that he ABSOLUTELY could have refunded me. Which I figured. So now, I’m waiting on corporate to refund me. Where all I wanted was an edible sandwich, which could have been fixed in store, now I’ve been waiting since Friday to hear anything back about a refund. I suggest trying something new, and not spending money and time here.

The dude Zach at the front had no idea what his job even was. Didn’t know how to take orders and was visibly high. I usually do delivery but came in a few days ago for the first time in awhile. Hope I don’t see that guy again, he should not …
