I applied on a Friday and wanted in the property the following Friday. I even needed to move my move in date to as soon as possible and she had me in that Tuesday! That’s 3 business days! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Iron Horse Property Management Company. As an owner , I expected a certain level of professionalism and transparency, but this company has consistently fallen short. Firstly the blatant disrespect for the owners.Communication is often dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they’re more interested in squeezing money out of the owners than providing a fair and honest service. Overall I cannot recommend Iron Horse Property Management company. If you are looking for a property management company that cares about it’s clients and operates with integrity, look elsewhere.
