I had the most pleasant experience staying here. I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice. When the refrigerator went out during our second week, they immediately replaced it with a new one. The a/c was new and worked extremely well. I enjoyed having a stove top to cook on. The service was excellent. Jennie went out of way to make sure we received great service. I cannot complain about the rates. It seemed that the longer we stayed, the cheaper it got and that helped greatly. I would recommend staying here to anyone that needs an extended stay Ask for Jennie and one of the remodeled rooms.

I visited my sister while she stayed here. The whole place smells like pee and people are allowed to smoke everywhere. They really shouldn’t be allowed to charge the same as apartments when they are so gross. I don’t get what they pay the maids for as the rooms are completely sub par. I live in an apartment that doesn’t need pest control to visit as much as this place. Seems like it’s just infested to the core with insects. Should really just be torn down. It’s a shame they think this acceptable to offer any human and even worse they are allowed to get away with it. Total scam.

This place may be section 8 housing. What a dumb. It's dirty, loud, and perhaps a petting zoo with way to many people with dogs and cats. It reeks of cigarette smoke, or worse, everywhere. Designated smoking area are not enforced. Housekeeping will change the bedding once a week anything more you're on your own. No occupancy enforced, nothing like being nextdoor to a couple with 4 kids under 5. Don't do this to yourself, run run fast.

If I could give this place less than a star I would. Listen, I’ve stayed in a crappy college apartment for two years, but this place? Makes me want to throw up. It’s a motel so it should be clean before I’m offered the room right? They have this thing where they ask you to ‘inspect’ the room before actually moving in which frankly as weird as heck because who would even do that? I was really tired so I just decided to get the room. I later noticed that there was hair everywhere, the floor was mucky and disgusting and the bathroom sink legit made me throw up. Truly disgusting and unsanitary. I can assure you, homeless shelters have better quality accommodation than Intownsuites! As if this wasn’t enough, the neighborhood is extremely unsafe for women- random people approach you, intervene your personal space all the time and ask for weed. There’s always someone yelling at the top of their voice at ungodly hours so feel free to kiss your sleep schedule goodbye. The air conditioning in the room is horrid and randomly turns off at weird intervals making the room extremely humid. The staff I guess is decent but honestly everything else about this place IS DOWNRIGHT TERRIBLE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY AND WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR A WHOLE WEEK. GROSS. NEVER AGAIN. BYE.

The best comfortable and safe place! Stayed almost two months.house keeping was awesome! The Manager was very friendly,nice she went beyond for me! She was blessing. The whole team was amazing! My room 125 was super clean and nice!!!

One big problem swept under the mattress… bed bugs. Room 333. Left a couple things in the medicine cabinet when they moved me 3 days later into my new room (which was nice of them since no refunds), but they didn’t give me my stuff back. They said it’s a loss. Then once checked out wouldn’t return my deposit. So $500 for the room, the deposit and medical bills to treat the bed bug infestation they had. Oh the new room was infested too… I reached out to the office, no one cared. I reached out to corporate, they said they would respond in a week. Never received any correspondence from corporate or the office regarding my deposit or to make right the health issues I went through due to their lies of weekly bug spraying, just a simple u don’t get ur deposit back. And why not? No explanation no response. Have stayed with the company many times in different states. Will go out of my way to never stay with in town suites again in any state. Maybe it was the out of state ID? But I live in Athens now, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever. They made away with my money and traumatized me.

Janie is absolutely amazing!!!! So professional she answers all of my questions, and the crew makes me feel special while staying at their location. Being that me and my family lost everything.They guide me through everything with ease and precision. Which distracted all the bad things that occurred to me and my family. I Will be recommending this location to friends and family!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Front desk staff is exceptional. Maintenance is quick to resolve any problem that you have. Only one complaint. All in all a good choice for long stay accomodations.

Upgrades are really nice. Huge microwave. Bathroom mirror that opens and shows all sides of you. Nice people and very helpful. Not far from UGA college.

Sky and Janie were absolutely amazing!!!! So professional and answered all of my questions; especially when it came to my 1yr old and my Service Dogs. They made me feel excited to stay at their location being that me and my little family lost everything including 5 of our fur babies. They guided me through everything with ease and precision that for a little while I forgot all the bad that happened that day. Will be recommending location to friends and family!!!!
