this place is a dump. don't let the 7.0 on hotels fool you. within 3 hours killed at least 6 roaches. they have a sign that says not refunds after 10 minutes. takes that long for roaches to come out. LOL shower water faucet doesn't …

Our company was working at lake oconee. So I rented a room here for two employees. First room had German roaches. They did give me another room, however it was dirty and smelled horrible. If it wasn't too late to go somewhere else we definitely would have. Very nasty room! I gave my employees a huge tip, for having to stay in this horrible place.

this place is a dump. worth $40 at most. Killed 3 roaches so far and only been here couple of hours. room reeks of cleaning solvents.

Could definitely use a broom, mop, dust rag. The towels were stained, and so thread barren, not to say how tiny they were. I refused to take a shower it wasn't very clean. The sheets were stained & had cigarette burns in them. The pillows look like they are about 1 inch think and wore out. All the lights were unplugged. Way overcharged. The young man at the front desk was very friendly.

Mrs. Nancy, Dev and Mula are very nice, anything you need they're right on it. Clean rooms and it's always very quiet another reason I like staying here. They also have Wi-Fi

If I could give a negative rating, it would rate a -20!!! There were dead and living roaches inside and outside the room. The plant outside our room was growing almost inside the room itself with a whole nonworking lawnmower parked in the front lot. The carpet had been on the floor since the 1970s. There was feces on the wall. It did have a microwave and refrigerator, but we were too afraid to open them. The smell was just awful. There was no way in Hell I was going to use the bathroom! I need a penicillin shot for just walking inside that roach motel. Please run away like we did. Of course, THERE'S NO REFUNDS AND NO PETS. (Budget Inn had their own little pets though) No time to take pictures. RUN FORREST RUN!!!

In a word... GROSS. Dirty floor, walls shower, bath, bugs crawling and dead ones everywhere. My life refused to stay so we just left and went elsewhere. Could not ask for refund since no one in office.

For the price, you could do way worse. The rooms are small but totally renovated. The beds are comfy and management is always friendly and smiling.

This place is completely disgusting. I'm surprised they can continue to operate as a place of business. I would be scared to walk on the carpet while barefoot in this motel. Infested with roaches and bed bugs, and you wish that was the worst of it. I was scared to breathe the air in this slum. My only solice was the promise of the long bath I had fantasized of from the moment I stepped foot into this Crack shack. Sadly that did not happen, as the entire bottom of the bath tub was cracked, causing the floor of the tub to float on the water that the bottom chamber had collected. I'm sure there was a roach party just brewing down there. My favorite part of this stay may have been in the morning, when the staff knocked on the door claiming we had stayed past our check out time (which we were never given one, mind you). There were claims of "cleaning" that needed to be done. I stepped out and did not witness any cleaning supplies. I might have free-based a bottle of bleach at this point. What I did witness however, was what I could only assume was a stolen shopping cart full of half heartedly folded up sheets. No spray bottles. No duster. No broom. No mop. No vaccum cleaner. She ain't even had no frebreeze. This place was so horrible, when I searched it on Google to write this review, I verberally exclaimed "HOW does this place have ONE AND A HALF stars???!!"

The building itself is nice, if a little run down. The staff is mostly friendly. But the manager . . . This dude will lie to you about whatever it takes to get you to stay there. Anything from room rates to whether or not you're allowed to have a pet with you. If you choose to stay here, stay on the weekends. He's not there then.
