Seems like if this hotel wants to price gouge loyal Hilton customers and charge therm $1,000 per night on a parents weekend then they should make the experience a LOT nicer. No valet so had to park in the additional lot only to find I then had to go back down and put a paper in my car or be towed by 7am, all the elevators reek of weed, no Hilton Honors gift when you check in, sub par breakfast, less than fully clean room. Pay $3 for a soda… Did I mention they charge $1,000 per night? How about over staffing the hotel, welcome basket, mimosas or a nice happy hour to at least dress up the experience. Disappointed in Hilton on this stay.

Excellent location, directly across from the arena. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet! Using the elevators is kind of confusing. We could definitely use some directions posted. Loved the pool table in the common area!

While I have stayed her before & enjoyed it, it's been a while & things have changed. There is NO Valet and the parking garage setup is confusing & frustrating as you try to figure out where you are supposed to go. All the Hilton's I stay at ... you just pull in...and your car & luggage are taken care of. I'm both old & disabled and yes, I am glad to pay for this service. Here I am in Athen's GA, paying $1,000 for a 3 night stay ( so I can meet my new Granddaughter ) and this is how my arrival starts as my wife & I try to handle the car parking dumb set... the luggage cart...my walker etc. And when I went to desk and asked if things had changed... the reply was "Yes, we don't do Valet or anything like that anymore". I indicated that as a loyal Hilton customer, I only stay at places with service...and that I wouldn't be staying here again. Reply was " Okay, that's fine". Sooo.. be forewarned that this location has been downgraded to a self service place... and they still expect you to pay an average of $300/night. No Thank you.

5/5 – A Wonderful Stay from Start to Finish! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed—including a strong Wi-Fi connection and plenty of outlets. Housekeeping was consistent and did a great job every day. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I especially enjoyed the bar a little pricey but it's okay Breakfast was another highlight: a generous spread with both hot and cold options, great coffee, and fresh fruit. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip and highly recommend And the only down Side was The front dest food and snacks too expensive I can go over to a restaurant and pay 70 bucks over 4 small snacks. But besides that the experience was great love it there.

Stayed here for a conference at the Classic Center. The location was perfect! It was behind (diagonally) the conference center, so not on the super busy downtown streets. A "private" street entrance to the parking garage made coming and going easy (unlike anything downtown), and upon check-in they asked for my parking ticket that was swapped for a pass for the duration of my stay. It even remained valid after check out, which was perfect since my conference didn't end right at lunch. I wasn't thrilled that the front desk didn't always have an attendant (they were sometimes taking supplies to hotel guests) and no iced water during the day (although they do have a water fountain with a bottle option). Their complimentary breakfast options were better than most, and the rooms were larger than some apartments in Athens! There is also a nice trail that runs along the Oconee River within walking distance of the hotel. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, but make sure the master switch by the door is on, or it won't turn on.

Hot water took a sec...but, the hotel and staff are excellent. Friendly. Helpful. The breakfast was very good. Not just the run-o-the mill stuff either. Clean, quiet rooms. …

Very clean. Convenient to bars and restaurants, as well as the campus. All parking is in the garage with a clearance of 6'8", but they have overflow parking in the garage nextdoor that is 7'6" to accommodate taller vehicles.

This was our first time staying here and it was amazing. Room was great King with pullout bed. Had a separate door to close off the bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again

Friendly front desk. A nice complimentary breakfast. The smoked sausage was very tasty. When it rained, it was nice to play a game of billiards in the game room and use the gym. Would recommend to anyone staying in Athens. Also easy access to the firefly trail and Dudley park

Nice location close to restaurants and the university. My only complaint is the parking, you have to pay and it’s not obvious, especially if you check in at night using the app and bypass the front desk using a digital key. The signs in the parking lot are easy to miss and there is nothing prominent in the lobby about paying for parking or if the hotel offers a discount or not. A lessons learned is to always inquire about parking at the front desk. The Hilton app should be expanded to include parking information.
