I’ve been on a 3-week work adventure across the greater Atlanta area. Five hotels, countless mediocre breakfasts, and one elevator that made me question my life choices. Then I arrived HERE… and suddenly, hope was restored. This hotel actually cares. How do I know? The toilet paper had a perfectly crafted bow on it, just like my late mother used to do at her B&B. I almost didn’t want to use it. Almost. Breakfast? Fresh. Delicious. Not the “cardboard muffins and mystery eggs” that seem to haunt most hotel mornings. And for the cherry on top, their elevator inspection plaque was up to date. Yes, I checked. After some of the elevators I rode on this trip, you would too. Highly recommend staying here. Out of five hotels, this one was the MVP. If I could give bonus points for TP origami and safe elevators, I would.

We paid over 200.00 including taxes last night and the smell of dog/s were overwhelming in the room My husband went down and asked the front desk if our room was a pet friendly room and was told all of their rooms were pet friendly. Don’t get me wrong, we’re have three dogs and love them them but this room smelled like a kennel. She said oh I’m sorry and went on about her business. Won’t stay here again and feel like the Quality Inm down the road would have been a better choice. When you’re charging premium rates on a Wednesday, you should ensure your rooms don’t smell like a dog kennel.

I travel to Georgia a lot for work and always stay here. The hotel lobby, rooms and outside area is always clean. I see the staff constantly cleaning, vacuuming, refilling the free amenities. Lets talk about the staff, they are the absolute best. Everyone has a smile on their face and is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. They welcome every person who walks in the door with a warm smile and a cheerful welcome. You hardly find this type of service nowadays. I have been coming here since January and I have had the pleasure to get to know each of the staff members personally. Their warm and kind behavior is not a show, it's truly their personality. The manager who hired them picked the best of the best to represent this hotel. When I'm there, I always stay with my boss's dog Bubbles and they treat her like a queen. She knows after she goes potty she runs to the front desk for her special treat from the staff. Being away from home a lot this is the perfect place to stay when you need a home away from home feel.

Fantastic hotel with such friendly staff and service! They have a nice breakfast every morning and the rooms were very clean. It's in a great location with plenty of food, grocery, gas and shopping options very close by. When we come back into town, we will absolutely be coming back.

Great staff went over and beyond. Wonderful breakfast. Clean lodgings. We had a hiccup but Manager Freddie took care of it in a timely manner. Great place to stay in a beautiful city. Close to lots of places to eat.

This location is nearest to family that we have to visit quite often, due to aging parents. We stayed at another Holiday Inn Express nearby before and we felt as if we were imposing on staff when a problem arose. That would never happen at this location. The staff is super responsive and exceptional when it comes to taking care of the guests. I will never stay anywhere in the area again, as they are so friendly, kind, and make sure that you have whatever you need,. The breakfast bar is well stocked, even when the hotel is packed. The coffee station is always clean and ready for you to get a fresh brew. The hotel is clean both inside and out. Moreover, it is clean in the breakfast area as the crew is always scanning to make sure the tables are clear and clean for the next people to sit. I hate going to look for a table and only dirty ones are available. This does not happen here. The hallmark for this hotel for sure though, it is the people who work there from the manager down the ranks- everyone smiles and make sure that his hotel is best that it can be. Five stars for sure as a rating from us! Thank you ! We will see you again super soon. I thank all of the people who make it like family when we are there!

I chose this hotel because it hasn't been open long, unfortunately I don't recommend it 1. it's very expensive, it's priced as if it had an ocean view, 2. it has humidity problems, I should report it to the company that built it, 3. the air conditioning filters in more than 1 room smell bad, 4. the toilet is not good. 5. the customer service is very limited. 5. the breakfast is leftovers from the day before... 6. the lobby and hallways don't have good air conditioning.. when you want quality, price doesn't matter, but this place isn't worth it, I think it should be well maintained.

Amazing property, clean rooms, Marlene was amazing in my room. She came in and cleaned it every day. She is a standup person in this hotel industry. Her and her staff to the front desk all the way to the laundry to the breakfast are amazing.

Standard Holiday Inn Express with friendly staff. Breakfast was typical, kept up a little nicer than some other IHG’s. (Would love to see some changes in the food selection and why do all the bananas at IHG’s look like they just fell off a bus??) The outside of the hotel, the lobby, and common areas are nice and updated, but the rooms are tired, worn, and in significant need of a deep cleaning. Our room in particular had dried food stuck to a counter and the carpet had that “ick” factor going on which made me regret not bringing slippers. The shower was dirty and very slippery which caused us to almost fall a couple of times. We did hear loud footsteps above us for those of you who are light sleepers. Overall, if I had to stay here again I would, but hope that things have improved by then. The hotel is in a very nice location, and convenient to so many things.
