It was okay. Room was clean. WiFi SUCKED. It was non existent. Tv needs updating, as it’s an old tv which wouldn’t connect to WiFi, nor would our laptops or phones. You couldn’t even find the WiFi. Breakfast was just okay. We thought we got QUEEN beds but they were very much full beds. Staff was okay. The night clerk when we checked in took forever checking us in but all staff were friendly. They definitely need more elevators as they took a long time, only being two elevators. Close to Covington, about an 8 minute trip. Clean area that didn’t look unsafe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located near Atlanta, and I must say, the service was absolutely perfect. From the moment I checked in, every staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was immaculately clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed. The breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The only small hiccup, and I mean this in the most minor way possible, was a faint, lingering scent in the hallway that smelled a bit like a wet dog. It wasn't in my room and it certainly didn't detract from my overall experience, but it was noticeable. Despite this very small detail, the exceptional service and comfort of the hotel truly made my stay a 5-star experience.

Perfect place for a staycation! Room service did an amazing job setting up our room to celebrate our anniversary. Literally everything was beautiful. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower, and the hot water never ran out during my long shower. The bed was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and it was tough to get up but the breakfast buffet made it worth it. The food was hot, plentiful, and constantly being replenished. It really added to the experience. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the rain, but it looked inviting. The only downside was the WiFi and TV connection, which weren’t great. Because of that, I’m giving our stay 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it was a wonderful, relaxing getaway that I would definitely recommend!

The rooms were spacious, nicely and modern furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty of options and the seating area was pleasant. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not very friendly at check in, but overall good experience.

Stayed there Monday-Wednesday and it will be my LAST stay! The cleaning is very subpar so much hair and gunk left in the shower. The room had a terrible smell. The staff was just ok but not very helpful. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am after spending $400 for 2 nights!! The breakfast was terrible and the staff just stared nonstop. Very bad experience! The rooms need to be refreshed the ceiling is yellow with smelly carpet!

The staff was super friendly! The room was pretty good. Could use more water pressure in the shower and it was a weird sliding door to close the bathroom which didn't shut well. Breakfast could use a little improvement. The location is great and checking in and out was very fast.

This place is super clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The walk in shower has very good pressure and hot water. The location is in a nice area no hooligans milling around, local police patrolling regularly. Very safe.
