I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Commerce Georgia with 2 of my grandchildren and had a wonderful experience, the hostess (Emma) was absolutely delightful, she was sweet, helpful, and stayed calm and cool with every situation and questions that I had. The rooms were awesome and my grandchildren thought they were big stuff when they had the pool (which was perfect), all to themselves! I APPRECIATE everything, and will absolutely stay there again! Thank you for a great visit!

Awesome service, nice rooms and convenient location! I travel often for work and selected this location due to central proximity to 2 widespread coverage areas. The staff was also polite and friendly. Although it was very near the highway, I was not disturbed by noise. The room was clean and spacious; the parking lot got kinda full in evenings but there was always plenty of parking. And who can complain about a free breakfast? Although it starts too late for me due to my very early commute, it looked plentiful and is always appreciated (I'd love to be able to grab fruit and yogurt as I head out; some mornings food was out early and I could, some mornings the door was not fully open so I respected the server's space). There is also a heated pool that looked nice so I might try it next time. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

As a business traveler spending 200+ nights a year i spend more time in hotels than I do at home, so details matter. I normally stay in a Hilton Brand property on this trip. That is a decision I very much regret as this property fell far short of reasonable expectations. King size bed with a matress with a crater in it the size of the grand canyon. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. With 2 people in the room we are forced to wash our faces with same washcloths as washing our bodies. Only 2 towels, so we try to dry our hair with wet towels we used to dry our bodies. Shower stall less than 3 foot wide with horrific water pressure. Food crumbs from previous guests all over the floor. Had we been able to get a refund we would have left. Had we not been exhausted from a long day of travel we would have changed rooms. There are so many hotel options out there. This one is one I will definitely skip on my next visit to the area.

My family and I stayed at this hotel over the past weekend. The bed that I laid and had an extremely smart strong Smell of urine and when I pull back the sheets, there was a urine stains all in the bed. My room was changed. The front desk clerk came, took pictures and witnessed it for herself and still I was told by the morning manager that I was lying and that they have video footage of the housekeeper, changing the sheets, changing the sheets on a bed that is saturated in urine does nothing for the bed. I was spoken to in the ill manner, and the phone was hung up in my face, and this is days after trying to reach out

We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff (especially the lady who continually picked up plates, refilled coffee/juices, and maintained the food in the breakfast area), clean hotel and clean rooms, good bathrooms, and great location.

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and have never had any problems. Rooms are always clean and beds very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to help you in anyway they can.
