Wish I would have seen Khalil's review from 8 month ago before staying here 30 AUG-1 SEP. They charged me the same $100, claiming that my son headscarf left the sheets discolored and they had to be deep cleaned. I guess they planned on not washing the sheets and leaving them for the next guest as one of the beds in our room had nasty sheets on them. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. And do not bother contacting corporate. The first lady was very nice but everyone I talked to since then says they can't do anything because the hotel said there was damages. I guess the hotel can just make up stuff and charge customers extra money. On by the way Max from Corporate just hung up in my face from asking him this same question. HOW unprofessional. If corporate acts this way there is no reason the hotel behaves the way it does. I will not be staying there again, and I suggest you don't as well. I have never had a problem with IHG before in all my years.

I can't believe they charge my card $50 bc ONE face towel was saturated with an orange soda. Mind you, I didn't complain when hair belonging to an unknown human was all over the beds and floors when I arrived, half eaten food was in the mini fridge, I put sheets on AND made my own bed when housekeeping basically forgot about me and I returned from work to an uncleaned room and unmade bed, then was scared to death one evening thinking someone was breaking into my room while I was sleeping which actually turned out to be a front desk worker who was nosily trying to change the door battery ON THE WRONG ROOM!! I told them that I actually left a towel at their pool before and wasn't charged so basically had I thrown that towel away, I could've saved $50? I SHOULD'VE REPORTED EVERYTHING!! Maybe those lazy housekeepers were upset about the towel stain bc they actually had to do some work and put out A fresh towel. Just Horrible!!

Stayed here recently for work. The staff was pleasant. The location was great due to there being a theater, plenty of resturaunts, and there was shopping right across the highway. The area seemed super safe. As with most hotels, you can hear everything and everybody, but it doesn't truly bother me because thay is somewhat on the guests and not the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean from what I could tell. I did not get to try the breakfast due to time, but when I did walk by it looked like a decent hotel breakfast. I will definitely try and stay again the next time I am in the area.

Had a great experience here at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made our stay welcoming. I knew there had been some remodeling, however that didn't stop us from booking. We get to our room and settle in as a storm was coming so I didn't do a huge inspection of our room. Very late into the evening I did notice that their choice of baseboard "glue" was duck tape and it didn't work very well.. haha. Also I seen the light fixture on the wall wasn't even screwed in its just hanging there. Overall it was a good stay.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights while we were waiting to move in to our house. Our over all stay was fine. Staff was professional and friendly. The maid service needs to do a better job at cleaning the bathrooms. It a good place to stay for a night or two.

Normally, I stay in Athens, but with school starting back up, the hotels were sold out or over what our company would allow so I had to stay out here 25 minutes away from the customer. Pleasant retreat from the hustle and bustle. Bonus having all the restaurants right out front on the main road.

This property didn’t seem old from the outside. Room was dirty and stained though. The bathroom door would not close all the way. Breakfast was the letdown of the week. Got there at 8:45 and there was nothing. Waited 20 minutes hoping for some sausage or eggs. No luck. The employee had such an attitude about her, I hope she didn’t do something bad to the food. We just decided to leave. Not deserving of the IHG brand in my opinion.

The good: Location - No other hotels in the area for 10-15 miles Restaurants - Several walking distance from property Staff - Very accommodating Safety - Area is super safe Beds - Very comfortable Parking lot lighting - Very good The bad: Breakfast - Runny strange looking oatmeal. Toaster takes 20 minuets - Egg choices were egg patty's alone. Stayed three times in one month for work. A truck showed up but very little food presented Noisy - Another stick built property with pounding hallway. Even heard from below. I was on third floor two times. No ice machine on first floor Slow elevator
