Our stay here was wonderful! The shower pressure and heat was great. The bed felt luxurious - silky soft sheets, great comforter, amazing pillows. Rooms were clean. Quiet at nighttime. Breakfast was good and the manager came by to ask how we all were doing. I was really happy to stay here! Complaint for CORPORATE specifically: Making people pay for parking separately when they’ve already paid to book with a hotel is criminal and what is wrong with late stage capitalism. Fix that.

Acceptable free breakfast. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Front were attentive and friendly. Parking could be better, but I understand they can't do anything about that. Lastly, it's kinda expensive compared to other hotels with the same name. I guess to be expected considering the location.

We were having issues with the elevator when we were there, almost got stuck in it. The room was clean and well supplied. Water pressure isn't the strongest but its not horrible either with plenty of hot water The breakfast was really good except the pancake maker wasn't working. Outdoor pool was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Booked through Priceline and stayed on Sunday 9/7/25. The hotel charged an additional $10 parking fee to park in an almost empty lot. Include all your charges in the number you quote. Otherwise, the hotel was a decent value and centrally located to UGA.

Good place to stop for the night. Close to the highway without the noise. The staff are 100 percent on the ball, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best. A complete variety of breakfast items and fruit. The two ladies running the kitchen never stopped moving, cleaning and filling the serving trays. Be advised elevator is out of service I believe until May 2025.

This is NOT a typical Holiday Inn Express. It is an old hotel that has been renovated poorly. Carpet tiles in rooms are poorly installed (air bubbles left) and dirty. Room smells like urine. Ther claim to have wifi available in the rooms but it does not connect on the 5th floor. TV interface is awkward and no instructions were left in the room. Bathroom is tiny - the toilet barely fits between the shower and the sink. They charge extra for parking. Front desk was empty every time I passed by. I had to wait on someone to show up both when I checked in and when I went down to ask about the wifi. Was given a phone number to call (she had it memorized) to "fix" wifi, but I gave up because I was tired. It was quite a disappointment after 10 hours on the road. Once the AC had run for an hour or so, it didnt smell so bad. The beds were clean and confortable. We'll be back to Athens but will be looking for different accommodations.

Brie who helped me with the breakfast bar is the sweetest, kindest person. She made this hotel stand out as a great stay. All of the staff were awesome.

Over all we are having an amazing stay. All of the staff are so nice and friendly and seem happy to help. Rooms were clean and quiet. The location can be seen as good or bad 😂 one one side you have the frat and sorority houses and then right behind the hotel seems like the projects? It has been pretty quiet so no complaints here! Literally minutes from UGA campus and amazing eatery! If we come back to the area I would stay here again!

First, the good: you can’t beat the location. It is an easy walk to downtown and the UGA campus. (We were there for a tour for my high school junior.)|And, the beds were comfortable. ||The bad: you have to pay $10 a day for parking even …

Roaches!!! I could have gotten over the 20+ roaches in the kitchen area of the suite, but then the smoke alarm going off full blast at 3.30am was the last straw. I saw a huge bottle of insecticide sitting outside the room next door the next morning. Hotel staff tried to lie and say it was carpet cleaner. Hotel told me to call IHG to get a refund. I called the IHG customer care number who told me that I ‘misunderstood’ and that they do not reimburse you if you stayed all night. So the hotel lied to me saying I would get reimbursed and then IHG customer care team offered zero customer care and were surprisingly rude about it.
