This hotel is small and older. It was a decent sized room but the bathroom was fairly small and showed more signs of age. The elevator was slow and small. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful but not very speedy. The breakfast was decent with some good options... larger than your basic continental, and the grill that breakfast is served in is nice and a good size for a small little group dinner.

I visit Athens very often and go to various hotels based off of what's available. When we arrived there was an issue with our room, but the customer service made sure to handle the problem quickly and efficiently. Within 20 minutes, we were able to be accommodated and avoid any extra charges. The staff was nice during this whole process and never had anything bad to say. The stay was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the place was easy to navigate. Overall, the stay was really good.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. They rooms were perfect and the buffet breakfast was awesome. I traveled with students and they made this trip so easy. I will definitely stay here again and again. Everything was in great walking distance and I only moved my car once. Best place to stay if you have an event in downtown Athens.

The interior looks dated but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice but if you stay there for more than 3 days, you'll feel that there's not enough variety of food and it would seem that the same ingredients are being shuffled in a different way. I could sleep well here as the bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

After staying here multiple times, I can honestly say the front desk staff are the friendliest around, maintenance is very quick and efficient, and the parking is great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms NEEDS improvement!! The first time we stayed, there was old food in the fridge, contact lens wrappers on the carpet, and the coffee maker had a used pod in it. The front desk comped a breakfast for me and apologized, so I thought nothing of it. The next time, there were handprints all over the bathroom mirror and window with a white liquid dried on and the towels were stained with lipstick. The hotel was nowhere near capacity either, making it even grosser that it could've been cleaned well, and still wasn't. Location is great, but not when you leave feeling gross!

A hotel that meets the standards of Holiday inn when it comes to cleanliness and amenities, but suffers in customer service. The common areas of the hotel, such as the business center and fitness room are all very nice, and will not disappoint. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and provided a quiet environment for a restful night. When it comes to food and service, this hotel lags far behind the brand. Everyone is friendly enough, that's for sure, but the quality of service is poor. This may be a reflection of too few individuals on staff to deal with the quantity of customers, as well as tasks. Ordering dinner to be picked-up, and returning 45 minutes later, i was told the order was not yet started. It took 1 and a half hours to get my meal. At times the front desk person will be missing for extended lengths of time, doing another task. The tables at breakfast are cleared slowly, leaving one to stand waiting to sit, and further wait quite some time before getting a menu. Service was so disheveled, that at one point I personally walked behind the kitchen counter to turn off a coffee maker that was overflowing and spilling onto the floor. Again, i stress that the staff was extremely kind and polite, and hid their frustrations well. I imagine management is more responsible than anyone at the lower level, but nonetheless it shows. Overall a pleasant stay that at times tested ability to control hunger-related impatience. Nothing extremely frustrating, but definitely not optimal.

Great location right in the middle of Athens. We were able to walk to most places of interest. The room was nicely furnished, everything was clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable, if a bit small (full-size rather than queens). We had a take out for dinner and were short some utensils, but the guy at the front desk brought some extras to us. Great service and people. We will stay there again the next time we go to Athens!

This is a nice hotel but it is very easy to get lost going from one tower to the other. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The price fluctuates wildly depending on what is going on in Athens that week. The breakfast is overpriced so I suggest going to one of the local venues which is much better for the same cost. They do sneak an extra $5 in the price for parking. Fast internet and friendly service.

The service was amazing. The person who checked us in did a wonderful job, was extremely friendly and extremely thankful. Our room was average quality. Clean, but not updated or renovated. The location of the hotel is great. We have a car, but chose to walk around to visit local restaurants, bars and boutiques. It was easy to find and the parking was extremely convenient.

Really an outstanding restaurant. The new decor and seating arrangements have vastly improved the appearance. The food, as usual, is great. We usually only go for breakfast. Service is great. If you order off the menu it takes a little longer then helping yourself at the banquet bar.
