Love Holden Oak. Great apts, great neighbours, awesome facilities for remote workers like me. The Mexican a few steps away is awesome, the nail bar is epic, and Athens at your feet. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Holden Oak for making our landing in the US a soft and welcoming one.

I have been here for almost two years and my stay has been great. The staff and maintenance crew is great. The aesthetics, layout and having Publix and auto zone next door is also a plus. They have running deals right now so be sure to check those out as well.

I have lived here for over a year with my husband and we absolutely love it. It is calm, and very well kept. The staff is so helpful and courteous. There are also a bunch of events all the time! It really is such a great place to live!

i pay $1900/month for a 1b1ba (my fault for choosing this place in the first place), which includes the ridiculous amenities fee. first of all, the scent they use for the amenities building is so strong and unpleasant. it always gives everyone a headache and, making me not want to even go in the building and use the amenities i pay for. you can’t opt out of the trash can valet service, even though it’s really unnecessary. the trash service once tossed my bag of trash on the ground for whatever reason (it was recorded on my ring camera). they lied about the free beer tap; it’s in the leasing agreement. there’s always something wrong with the pool table and the other game table. the leasing office takes forever to get anything done, whether it is answering questions, giving you the lease renewal gift card they promised, or sending the referral bonus. the gym is smaller than my apartment. the wifi is much slower than they promised. the shower floor has a crack that they simply painted over. the water pressure is weak. the only thing i like is that it’s next to publix and that the maintenance people are nice.

The staff at the facility is very friendly and always helpful! It is always a great time coming out to visit and the facility amenities are far beyond anything I ever saw in the area! It is a beautiful new property! I would certainly live here if I was in Athens!!

I was very interested at this community when I received an email notify me that the unit I was looking for dropped to price A. But when I discussed it with them face to face, they said it’s the price after all promotions applied, but the price B they gave doesn’t make sense. Couldn’t it be more transparent? I have also witnessed cons mentioned by other reviewers. Like bugs flying on the floor everywhere. Many additional fees other than rent, make it much higher than I expected. They offered a price with promotion but is time sensitive, like I should apply and sign up the day I visit, but no one responded to my email with concerns or requests for the correct quote sent at 1pm, then how I can make a final decision by the end of the day? And guess what, the agent and manager gave different deadlines😶 Expected higher, ended up low and disappointed

I moved into the Holden in January and have had an excellent experience since! The move-in process was very smooth and the leasing agents were incredibly accommodating: my lease began before I actually moved in, and they were great about making sure everything was set. My time at the Holden post-move-in has been great: it’s quiet and the amenities are top notch. The Friday refreshers and monthly events are so fun!
