After an uncomfortable experience at the Westin Duluth, our stay at the Hilton Alpharetta has been an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. John and Mohammed at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating, they truly setting the tone for great hospitality. The Executive Lounge staff is wonderful as well personable, always smiling, and in great spirits. The executive lounge also has rooftop patio which is great for taking work calls or just relaxing. The bartenders, Haley and Nirmal, make excellent drinks and create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. If you're in the area I would suggest to stop by for a drink. The Hearth restaurant has also been fantastic, with delicious and reasonably priced food and a variety of great options to choose from. We’re traveling with both our pet and an elderly parent and the kindness and care shown by the staff have made her feel so comfortable too. Overall, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way, we’ll definitely be returning!

Great hotel and great hospitality. The lobby, elevator and the rooms were extremely clean. We’ve stayed here twice and both experiences were great. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! Overall the hotel was nice, safe, quiet, and clean!

Top notch Hilton location. Felt new even though its been there 4 years (I think). Rooms were in excellent condition both in the higher end materials used as well as in their cleanliness. The rooftop executive lounge and bar is really nice. Attendee in the evening - Vanessa - was super friendly and welcoming, making sure the bar was stocked with appetizers, drinks and snacks. She brought a very nice and personal touch to the brand experience.

We stayed on September 18 and 19th for a local concert in the area to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely awesome. He made us feel super welcome and gave excellent service throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel, great area, highly recommend.

One of the best hotels around! Feels more like a 4-5 start hotel. I absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay here. Customer service , the rooms are really nice , comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the suite, so many windows ! Perfect quiet location, we will only stay here when in ATL!

I stayed at Hilton Alpharetta on August 30. As a Gold member, I didn’t get a room upgrade, but the room was fine—though the toilet was smaller than in other Hiltons. I appreciated the early check-in, and Nadia at the front desk was very helpful. At lunch, my waiter Paul was professional and kind. The burger with salad was delicious. The modern, spacious lobby was also impressive.

Check in was a mess. I booked directly on the website and it charged me same day. When I arrived, the representative at the front desk tried to charge me the full total plus $50 incidental fee... I explained to her that I was already charged the full price and could show her on my bank statement. She replied "I understand that but it has not been paid." I showed her the charge and my email that states "We charge you in advance for your stay." After going back and fourth a few times, she called someone and stated "Hilton is doing something different I guess." and just charged me the $50. The rooms are spacious but could use an upgrade on a few items. Chipping chairs, etc. The elevator door scrapes and makes a horrible noise and the hallways are hot. The pool was also closed our entire stay, which was half the reason we booked. Great location, though. Quiet and in a good neighborhood. Would stay again, just need to get the check in process to be easier.
