I have been without heat in the home since November 2023, It's already January 16, 2024 and they still haven't fixed anything. They keep making up excuses, lying to there residents. Claiming that they ordered the part that's going to fix the problem. They are a joke! The basement flooded several times from broken pipes. They promised to send a plumber last month and . I'm still waiting, while my water bill is up the roof.

They never fix anything. My son have been on my living room couch for 2 an half months because highland pack have not came to fix the rest of the ceiling in his room, from when the tornado came in July an now it is October. and the rent is to high for them so slow fixing thing or not fixing them at all.

It was getting safe here in Highland park. College students coming in, etc. but since they left there’s some sketchy and unsafe people here again mmm. I don’t recommend for anyone who would trust anything in there yard here. Such a nice area for it to be a hood smh. They need to raise the prices of the apartments so we can get this place safe and comfortable!
