Been living here 6 years , it’s a dump don’t waist your time coming here , they are infested with roaches trees constantly falling they don’t pick them up they leave them In your yard or front of your house , then they file Eviction knowing that the apartments not even up for debate to be living in , it’s sad how these ppl don’t care and the owners don’t give a damn they just want money !!! God don’t like ugly though everything coming to them they deserve ! I still live here it’s no problem paying the rent but why is it an issue when rents not paid on time but things are falling apart and not fixed ? No reason I had to go all summer and no a/c .. now it’s cold I have no heat.. it’s something after another.. I wish I could move but the way things are set up , you can’t just up and move.

I have been here right at a year. They are older apartments, but have been maintained pretty well. It's nice here and it's quiet. I have not ever seen, nor have I ever had any bugs, roaches, or rodents. There are plenty of spiders during the summer, as to be expected for the property being in the well established woods. There are also lots of deer. The staff is nice, helpful, and friendly. The complex has recently come under new ownership. I used to recommend everyone move here who was looking for a place, but not anymore. My children and I have literally melted all summer long. The temp has been 84 degrees in my unit majority of the summer. We now have a brand new outside unit and it only worked about two weeks before it got hot in the apartment again. Multiple work orders and still no resolution. I dread comimg home after a long day at work. I was definitely going to renew my lease for the next year prior to the past two months, but now I'm waiting to see how much month to month will be while looking for another perfect spot for us to live where we can actually enjoy being at home again. Adjusting my review to reflect the fact that since my initial review three weeks ago, the issue has been fully resolved to my satisfaction and I am renewing my lease this month. Increasing from 3 to 5 stars.

I have lived at Hidden Pines for several months and I really love it! The units are very spacious, you have your own patio and yard, it's quiet and safe and the management and staff are great! I highly recommend Hidden Pines as a great place to live!

They raised the rent here from 700 to 1175 per month. The previous owner were raising the rent at a reasonable rate, 50 to 100 dollars a year. These apartments are a dump. They are super old and a lot of them have roaches and bed bugs. Management and maintenance is a joke, they haven't cut the grass in over a month. For the price they want you can get something way nicer.

I have been a resident at Hidden Pines for three years now. My apartment has been broke in twice all of my valuables was stolen. Now they have raised the rent up to $1,200 we were paying 750. This place has roaches spiders an ant, I have been bitten by a spider numerous of times I even have found Scorpios in my apartment.

The duplex was filled with roaches!! It gotten to the point they started spreading to my children's room. I told the land lord Bridget Kaman and she failed to do it multiple times so we made the best of it. Then I was involved in a car accident back in August it’s been really hard to pay my rent she worked with me in my face but wanting me and my family out behind my back. So I talked to her the WHOLE week that she put me out. Didn’t say not ONE word to me about not wanting to “Renew” my lease. She already didn’t do her job as a landlord she’s always having an attitude for no reason if we as tenants need work done. She RENTED OUT A DUPLEX THAT WAS NOT READY TO SOMEONE JUST SO SHE CAN MAKE A QUICK SALE. Please get her out the office fast!! I’ve called corporate on her already.

I have called and left numerous messages about available apartment. No one has answered or returned my call. Went by, the woman in the office tells me no paper applications everything is online but doesnt give the site to apply. She also said there was a $200.00 pet deposit per pet max of 2. That alone throws a red flag for future tenants.

They’re scammers.. they have plenty of apartments available on the website but in reality they have nothing available.. and apparently won’t have anything available until Mid- Feb.. if you’re trying to find a place to stay ASAP i would not recommend applying here they just want your $75 application fee and $200 admin fee for free, also there’s apparently a waitlist (not listed on the website) and the apartments are first come first serve. the lady told me they have 15-20 people ahead.. and only have 20 apartments that needs to be fixed up before they can be rented.. she made sure to tell me the admin fee is non refundable.. and didn’t say a thing about the availability until I ASKED… thank god I didn’t pay the admin fee.. $75 is a lot but it’s nothing to get that back.. save your money or apply mid february early march..

RUN FROM THESE APARTMENTS!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. RATS, ROACHES, HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DO NOT CARE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE VERY SHADY!!

Plenty of duplexes posted on all rental sites. Plenty available when shown a unit. Application was approved….but there just aren’t any units to rent our - - - just wanted our application fees.
