This could be a pretty decent hotel with some minor changes, but as it stands, I'd have a hard time recommending it - especially for the price. I never felt unsafe or like I was staying in an unsanitary environment, but there were plenty of little smudge and stains that a little more attention from housekeeping would fix. By far the biggest issue, however, was simply the layout of the room. We stayed in a "Studio Suite", and in our room, at least, the only AC unit was on the complete opposite corner of the room from the bed.The room was quite large, which was great, but no matter how far we turned the air down there was never any airflow near the bed. The air where we were actually trying to sleep was stagnant and warm with nothing to do about it. Ultimately it was just an uncomfortable night of little sleep. The bed itself was also a bit firm. Nothing I wouldn't expect from a budget hotel - but they were not charging budget prices. I expect far more when I spend over $200/night. A more well thought out room design and a little more attention to detail could easily bump this up to a 4 or 5 star review. Unfortunately, based on my experience I don't think I would return unless it was a last resort, nor would I recommend it.

I stayed here for 2 nights (school trip i was the bus driver) room was very spacious, nice and quiet, and clean. Bed was very comfy. However cause we were stay overs we did not receive housekeeping. Really I worked in hotels for 10 plus years unless they said do not enter we went in and cleaned. I didn't expect my sheets to be changed but I did expect garbage to be grabbed and essentials to be replaced. Especially when I reported to the desk that I needed kleenex there was only 1 in the box when I checked in. Well that was it I never got anymore . And the lady working wasn't very nice when I asked why they didn't send any up like I was bothering her phone time. Yeah customer service sucks everywhere. That's why I intend to buy an RV to travel in then I done have to worry about poor customer service anymore

Dirty, worn out & LOUD. 1. How are there pumpkin seeds on the floor of the hotel room when we just checked in? The carpets are foul. I have seen far better at a lower quality brand. 2. Insufficient insulation between rooms and floors. Laid in bed listening to the person above us stomping around at 1:30am. Surely he is just walking, so I’m shocked that it’s so loud. 3. Two Queen beds: my friend kindly took the bed with the deep butt-hole (butt-hollow?) How old are the mattresses? This is awful. 4. Music blaring after midnight by elevators. Why? This used to be a wonderful brand of hotel. Really disappointed. At least the sheets, the toilet and sink appeared clean. But you can do so much better. PLEASE do better.

As a longtime Hilton Honors Diamond member, I’ve come to rely on Hampton Inns for comfort, consistency, and great service. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t reflect that standard. While the staff was pleasant at check-in, when I attempted to communicate concerns through the Hilton app, I felt brushed off rather than heard. Despite legitimate comfort and room issues, the hotel declined to honor the Hampton 100% Guarantee, citing that I hadn’t reported the issue before checkout—even though I used Hilton's own app to try and do so. It’s disappointing to be treated dismissively when you know how things are supposed to work. Thankfully, the Hilton Diamond Desk stepped in and handled the situation fairly. I continue to trust Hilton overall, but this property missed the mark on service and responsiveness.

Typical Hampton Inn hotel. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We are Silver members and were given water after we asked. The cleanliness of our room was lacking. There was a stray hair in the sink and all the surfaces in the room were …

Its a great hotel. Indoor pool. Fitness center with peletons and free weights. Good hot breakfast every morning. The water pressure sucks. And there's only 1 washer and 1 dryer so if you're here for an extended stay because of a house fire or other disaster like we are...thats a little inconvenient. But it really is a wonderful hotel. Lots of restaurants close by. Right next to the interstate so easy access. Lavonia doesn't have much traffic so it slows down at night.

Customer service was good. The room was nasty. Mildew in the bathroom along with dirt & dust. It probably has not been correctly cleaned in quite some time. The room definitely needs some sound proofing; not only could I hear everyone above me stomping, I could also hear every conversation people had as they passed by my door. So loud, in fact, I thought someone has entered my room. I could also hear the obnoxious chime of the elevator in my room. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was hot but the oatmeal was lukewarm at best. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I be back to this particular location.

Not like other Hampton Inns. This was our second stay at this hotel in two months and probably the last. Had to ask for toilet paper as there was one partial roll (maybe 1/4 of a roll), yet there was a double roll holder. Parking at night …

Just don't stay here. The rooms are horrible and the service is even worse. I booked a king room and was given the "last" one which was the first floor next to the elevator and a handicap room. When I notified them I didn't want to be up all night from the nose of the elevator and that I didn't need a handicap room so it should be saved for someone that does, they said you picked that room type. You mean like I booked a king and this is your only room??? I picked a king not a handicap room. The only way they would move me was if I paid to upgrade. So much for being a gold member!! It means nothing. Now I get hurt my back bending down to the ground for the shampoo and be even angrier in the morning after no sleep with the constant buzzing if the elevator. Great customer service, not! Save money stay in a hotel at the edge of Atlanta because the rooms are less expensive and nicer and use the money you saved for the gas out here if you need to come to this area, but I recommend you don't.
