Rooms were typical for a Hampton. Relatively clean minus the under the beds and behind the furniture stuff that housekeeping always seems to miss but yet my service dog seems to always find. Things like hair ties, m&ms, candy, clothing tags, etc. You never know its there until your service dog sniffs it out and brings it to you... but this happens in EVERY HOTEL we go to and we sleep in hotels 300 days out of the year!!!. Just seems like housekeeping anywhere doesn't know how to look under beds behind furniture or curtains. Other than that the walls are a little thing you can hear people talking in the room next to you or across the hall. Anyone in the hallway you can hear as well. Then the parking lot. Please for the love of God fix the lights in the parking lot! Its like being in a strobe light war out here at night. Anyone who has seizures could easily be triggered by your lights constantly flickering and flashing!!!!!

Pat and Michael made sure our stay was glorious! They were very kind and helpful. Michael gave us great restaurant recommendations, and Pat was so incredibly attentive to our needs. They both made sure we had a great stay!

Rooms are nice accessibility was great we have a truck and trailer that we parked with no problem friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic the lady who serves the breakfast in the morning made my day.

Rooms and lobby clean and fresh. Excellent front desk staff...helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and room selection online. This hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience.

This Hampton Inn is located next to McDonalds. Other easy, fast restaurants are nearby. Its location is perfect for my travel route overnight stay. The room tile floor is not 5 star clean. Its dirty. Bedding crisp and white. Bath well lit and sparkling clean. My door had a gap with visible light. The door lock barely caught the latch. Photo shows light coming thru the big gap. U can actually see the hall carpet; that's how big the door gap was. I would have changed rooms, but i had a dog and all the extra stuff to move again.

Stayed at this Hampton Inn on June 7,room smelled musty and like stale smoke. MY wife sprayed a scented air freshener to try to help the smell,we went across the street to get something to eat and the desk clerk text me and said we were smoking in the room. We did not and they charged me a smoking fee.This was wrong.

Clean Hotel and great breakfast. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. My son burned his fingers on the waffle iron at breakfast and Pat, who was working that morning, made sure he was ok. She brought him an ice pack and some burn relief spray. The front desk clerks were great too.

Very friendly staff and rooms are definitely above average for Hampton Inns. Getting in and out of that little street to it is a bit rough, but convenient to nearby convenience stores and the freeway.
