I’ve never written a Google review before, but I felt compelled to this time. I haven’t lived here very long, but the pet stations have been a problem since I moved in. The bins are constantly overflowing, and there are rarely any bags available. For a place that advertises itself as luxury apartments, it’s really disappointing to see this level of neglect. Management clearly doesn’t stay on top of emptying the bins or restocking the bags, which makes it frustrating for residents who actually try to keep the community clean. Hopefully management starts taking better care of the property soon, because this definitely doesn’t reflect the “luxury” standard that’s being promoted.

I was a bit concerned about moving in without being able to visit the complex beforehand, but due to my situation, I had to sign the lease remotely. Thankfully, Crystal and Brianna were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier. The place is clean, spacious, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it!

Luxury is an understatement!!!!….As a new citizen of Athens since July, I don’t think I could have chosen a better place to settle and start over. The staff (Crystal, Caitlyn, and Jason) are amazing. They respond and resolve issues promptly and professionally when and if ever they arise. (which is extremely rare due to it being a brand new development ) The amenities are unmatched, and the sense of security I have here is as well. I am super excited to renew my lease in July to extend my stay here, as I have found nothing that comes close to the feeling I get each time I enter the gates of the place I now call home. The maintenance is constant to uphold its name “Grand Preserve”. The location is perfect for commutes to anything imaginable, while still being tucked away privately. Come see for yourself. I guarantee your search for your new residence will end here!!! I will add my 11 year old son loves the leasing office, where he gets his daily snacks when he gets off the bus. The gym and pool are also his favorites. Again, come see for yourself!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I have really loved my experience living at the grand preserve. Crystal in the front office is incredibly transparent, responsive, and helpful. While it is true that sometimes it is hard to get a hold of the front office by phone, I’ve had really good experiences by email and just walking in. The units are incredibly luxurious, and you really do get what you pay for. I love the trash service amenities as well (directly to your door), and I wish they took recycling too, as our one bin is usually too full for this community. Although I need to wait until the fall to truly get the full experience after all the students move in, it has been pleasant so far! My only other complaints are that the pool is pretty small relative to the number of people that live in this community (also not very deep), and the grills are right next to each other, so they’re usually occupied by one group on the weekends. Finally, although this is a gated community, you can literally stick your hand in the gate to unlock the door if you don’t have a fob. That makes me a little nervous. All of my growth feedback for this complex is very minimal compared to the numerous benefits and exceptional customer service you get here.

I was going to save this review for when we move out, but today inspired me so here it goes! We moved into the GP about a year ago, and it has been nothing but wonderful since. Crystal was amazing with getting us set up/established with our apartment, and we feel so safe/comfortable living here. Our 2b2b is huge and gorgeous! I lived in Athens for 6 years prior, and let me tell you, this is a hidden gem! Over the fourth of July weekend, our AC went out (by no ones fault, first issue we've had really) and Jason immediately came and fixed it for us today (Monday). We truly appreciate this neighborhood/the GP staff and maintenance, it is very different than any other leasing group we have dealt with. Thank you guys!! -Kayla and JJ Wheeler

Repairs were completed very quickly, and we received prompt email responses every time. However, the power outage seems to occur every time it rains heavily. The longest outage we've experienced was two hours. Additionally, we recommended a friend to this community but haven’t received the referral bonus. After following up twice, we were told that guarantors aren’t eligible for the bonus. I’m not sure if this is fair, but if we had been informed from the start, we wouldn’t have wasted time following up. It's quite disappointing.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever ran across. No one ever answers the phone. If your lucky you might get an email back 2 weeks later. Heaven forbid if there is a tragedy or an unexpected death. They run you all over town to get stuff they are requesting and then keep your security deposit and make it look like you owe them. My uncle passed away here and they were the most unprofessional and could or would not explain the process at all so therefore you are forfeited your money. Made up water bills when no one is even the unit. The CFO is a joke and has zero empathy or human compassion. Crystal the so called manager that can’t even pick up the phone os unprofessional and not helpful. I would not rent from this place EVER. Also the so called pool is a bust and not usable bc it’s never finished. I work in the property management field and this place is beyond tacky and is not what the field represents.

Beautiful property. I had the pleasure of visiting a friend from my college days that lives there now. Very spacious and modern. I love the decks, big bathrooms, and high ceilings.

No complaints at all! I love this apartment complex so much and am very impressed. If I ever have a maintenance request it is address in no more than two business days. Everything is up to the standards promised in the lease and everything is brand new and beautiful!
