Please stop Referring people to a service that pick and choose who they want to assist. This is a very unpleasant and unprofessional place. Horrible communication skills, everyone is not the same. So, please stop treating people horrible. Unfortunately it's people really experiencing hardship due to recent events.

I needed legal aid help for a legal issue and I called 3 days in a row and was told I was being transferred to an intake representative I was given a place in line all 3 times and was told I would be given a call back never once did I receive a call back
