Stayed at the game day, June 11 through the 14th. We had two bathrooms the first bathroom if you went in it it had water damage. You could see where near the molding and the ceiling water had come down and then in my bathroom, the shower curtain at the end was filthy so I imagine it was filthy all over the toilet seat a move from the left to the right it was loose then behind the bathroom door at the bottom on the floor. There were two holes and it looked like it was beginning to mildew at the end of our state we had to hunt for a cart to transport our luggage and things back down to our car. I did not stay with them last year, but I stayed within the year before when there was a dead mouse in my parking lot space and I advised them of it and they never removed it. GameDay has experienced management different when I began to go there years ago and it’s bad

Excellent - loved our stay there— even added on one extra night - highly recommend to everyone coming to Dawg Country! You won’t be disappointed ! And did I mention free parking and walking distance to UGA campus and stadium and restaurants !

This is probably my sixth or seventh stay at Georgia Game Day Center. Five years ago, we stayed there for my daughter‘s wedding along with the entire wedding party. Although it had shown some wear, it was always clean. I have to say, that I was very disappointed in my stay this time. I stayed in room 509. When I pulled back the covers for my bed I found a toenail and lots of hair. It was obvious that the bedding had never been changed. Additionally, counters in the kitchen were sticky and unclean. The staff downstairs was extremely courteous and helped me obtain replacement bedding. It makes me sad to write this because this has been a favorite of my family for years. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I love this place. I try to come at least once a year if I can. Very peaceful atmosphere. Love the Bulldog decor. Right in the heart of downtown Athens, everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds are extremely comfortable. Staff are always courteous and friendly.

They have actual 2 and 3 bedroom units with a kitchen, which is great for the way our family operates! Parking is included, unlike most downtown Athens hotels. However, all the bathrooms I have been in have only a pedestal sink, and nowhere to put your stuff down! Kitchens and baths are nothing fancy. On the plus side, it's nice to have a living room with comfy couches. Despite some drawbacks, this is still my first call when staying in Athens.
