I have lived here for 8 months. The wall is thin so it may get noisy on game days. Tenants have to set up Internet themselves, so make sure you have the provider send equipments in advance so you won't have to survive on hot spot like I did. Overall all is good, spacious apartment, big backyard, covered parking, highly recommended.
