I loved that the apartments they are new and close to a lot of businesses yet also tucked away from the city. They have everything; dog park, plenty of parking, child friendly, a pool and grills. plus an amazing gym. The young man that gave me a tour was very pleasant as well as the entire staff was awesome 😃. I look forward to being a tenant.

Moving in here has been an absolutely fantastic experience. Isabella is truly a valuable asset to the Flats. She genuinely welcomes questions about the property and always goes above and beyond in her responses. She's consistently kind and responds promptly, no matter the situation. Her care and affection for the Flats have made me love this place even more. I simply hope this perfect experience continues throughout my time living here.

I just moved here from Long Island, NY as my 1st apartment. I did all my apt searches online and saw none in person (due to the travel/distance) I took a risk applying here regardless that I never toured or saw in person and My expectations were blown away when I got here for the 1st time. Isabella did an excellent and professional job showing me around and informing me about trash, pool, gym, etc. She was so patient with all my questions. The apartment is super clean, modern, and quiet!!! I am very happy here and love there is an elevator!!!

This apartment complex truly deserves five stars! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by the well-maintained grounds and responsive management. Isabella in the leasing office was incredibly helpful during my application process, making everything smooth and stress-free. She also went above beyond to ensure I settled in comfortably. Highly recommend!

To the people who come to live in these apartments, they are very nice, but the maintenance to fix a problem takes almost 2 weeks. Isabella's attention is very unprofessional. They promised a gift card and when we went to claim it, they simply said they were not going to give it to us. This condominium lacked a lot in terms of maintenance that should be more efficient and that they fulfill what they promise.

For those interested in these apartments and wishing to rent here, the apartments are very nice, but the maintenance is definitely terrible. I've been waiting for more than two weeks for them to fix my stove, and they simply ignore my request. Instead, I still have a damaged stove. The maintenance is extremely unprofessional.

Love this place! The grounds are always clean, maintenance is quick, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Isabella on the staff—she’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Her positive attitude makes a big difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares. Highly recommend this place!

I have really enjoyed my first 6 months at The Flats! The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a high level of communication for things that residents need to know. They also put a lot of effort into organizing fun community events. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fresh apartment experience.

As an Asian resident with a psychiatric service dog, I was shocked by how I was treated here. Instead of simply asking me about my dog, the office went straight to using surveillance cameras to track me and issued a violation without any communication. That’s not how you treat people — especially when service dogs are protected by federal law. What’s worse, the pool is packed every day with people I’ve never seen before, but somehow I’m the one getting singled out. It really feels like I’m being targeted because of my race and disability. This place does not feel safe or fair if you're a minority or disabled. I am a resident living in apt 1201, anyone doubt this incident can contact me for more information, they never respond to my request and I have already report this to gceo. Really disappointed by this apartment.

The Flats at General Time engage in blatantly discriminatory treatment of tenants, with stark differences in how they interact with you before versus after signing the lease. Pre-lease, they present themselves as accommodating and friendly, but the moment you move in, the harassment begins—especially if you’re a person of color. Management weaponizes security footage to issue absurd fines for minor or fabricated violations, scrutinizing Black and brown tenants disproportionately. They’ll nickel-and-dime you for every imaginable "infraction". The leasing office’s racial bias is unmistakable: maintenance requests from non-white tenants are delayed or dismissed, while white neighbors receive prompt service. I witnessed multiple instances where POC residents were aggressively confronted over trivial issues, while others faced no scrutiny. The environment is hostile, and management actively looks for excuses to penalize. Worse, they exploit security cameras not for safety, but as a tool for intimidation and revenue. They’ll review footage to justify bogus charges or invent lease violations. When challenged, they gaslight tenants or threaten eviction. It’s a predatory system designed to extract money and push out marginalized residents. If you value fair treatment or basic dignity, steer clear. This isn’t just poor management—it’s systemic racism masquerading as policy. Document everything, but don’t expect accountability. They’ve perfected the art of making tenants feel unwelcome in their own homes. Such a disgraceful, unethical operation.
