Wild to put a sticker on an order saying it’s double checked for accuracy when literally nothing about it was accurate. My Steamer on wheat garlic bread with pickle spear and plain chips was instead a completely different sandwich on non-garlic white bread with no pickle spear and salt & vinegar chips. And since I had it delivered, I’m out the driver’s tip even if I reorder to have it corrected. Infuriating. Update: my re-order had the wrong chips AGAIN. Please, PLEASE train your staff to recognize that “sea salt” and “sea salt & vinegar” are not the same thing!

Ordered roast beef with lettuce and tomato and cheese. Specifically said no onion but it was there. Asked for lettuce and tomato and hot no tomato and very little limp lettuce. Won't be going there again.

This is a great place with great sandwiches. The manager there is a sweet little firecracker. She really runs the place well. I think her name is Laura or something?

We placed the original order through Uber. Uber driver brought the wrong order. We replaced the order and paid again and all firehouse did was then send food that had been prepared for the original order at 6:47PM and sent it as the 2nd replaced ordered at 8:11PM. Food was stale, cold, and not safe for consumption. Then when I called the store the rude manager, Madison, first tried to convince me that she personally remade our order. Uhm no you did not, this food is soggy and cold to which she said “sorry there was nothing she could do about it. Contact Uber” Edit: Reached out to Uber and sent them the receipt which showed the original order time of 6:47PM and Uber did refund my money. Thanks Uber!!!

Ms. Melanie was very nice and highly professional. I would like to thank both her and Firehouse Subs for the free medium sub for my birthday.

Did not get the name of the female taking orders/running register on 1-21-2025, but she is THE BEST!! Greeted every customer with a smile on her face and a very accommodating attitude. You don't encounter employees like this frequently anymore, she put a smile on my face when I needed it! The food was terrific as well. Kudos to the staff!

I love Firehouse, love that they're open 24 hours especially because I usually go between 12am-6am and can order online. But their quality has gone a lot over the past few months in my experiences. Orders missing extra fixings, pickup times are rarely met often 10 or so minutes late or completely not made yet, and recently I had the pleasure to bit into this rock hard meatball pictured.
