The food was delicious and made to my mobile order 😋 I went too far. Now I got to pack the other half. I'll probably eat it later at work. I double meat it. It was great raised price up a good bit about $8. But it was worth it

10/10 do recommend! The first time I had firehouse sub away from Atlanta was not the best experience, but this location has definitely changed my mind. I ordered the FIREHOUSE STEAK AND CHEESE and it was absolutely delicious. The bonus is always the pickles. I already ate the sandwich so unfortunately i do not have a photo of it. I do love the cups though. It’s such a good thing to do.

It had been ten years since I had been to Firehouse subs. The bread is always too hard for my liking. My children requested it and enjoyed their meals. My sub was delicious although I did not eat all of the bread. I would have given five stars despite my preference in bread BUT I did not receive all of my food after asking an employee about it before leaving. I paid extra to upgrade my son’s rice crispy treat to a bag of plain chips. He will not eat the rice crispy treat, but would devour the chips. This was important because this was counting as dinner and he needed to be full after his meal. My son is on the spectrum and my hands were full with the food and our drinks and my son being over excited. The young lady assured me that the chips were in the bag after explaining that I did pay the EXTRA upgrade fee for them. The chips were NOT in the bag when we got home and I had to supplement his sub with a portion of my own food… Had I not asked, I would not be posting. But, I asked. Was assured. And was disappointed. I did not get what I paid for much less what I paid EXTRA for. I will keep Firehouse at the bottom of the food selection list, but only because my children really liked their food, or else I would not add it back after this first experience after a ten year hiatus.

This location is always super busy. But that’s the best part fresh hot delicious food. The staff is very very friendly all the time. The manager Carol runs a great team. She’s very friendly and nice to all her guests and staff. She took my order at drive through and the level of service she provided was incredible and she’s very professional. She takes her time taking your order and she’s always smiling when we get to the window. This had been her service since she has been here.

I went to Firehouse around noon to get a nice lunch. I was treated with such amazing hospitality by all members of the staff, especially the 2 managers; Mr. Chris and Mrs. Carol. The food was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for anything better from a sub restaurant.

I ordered the Hook & Ladder and it was amazing! Bread was perfectly toasted and the ingredients were fresh. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs on Hwy 29.

Our meal for 2 was $40 but it was really good. We bought a whole hot sauce, in addition to the rest of the order. It's good on chicken and hot dogs, too. Now, I want to try all their hot sauces. Payday, we are definitely coming back.

They cannot ever seem to get our order right! When one orders online it should be pretty self explanatory! We ordered the new Carolina BBQ sandwich or it was supposed to be. There was no bbq sauce on it. And they put mayo even though I requested 🚫🙅♀️ mayo. What beef brisket??? Mostly got a clump of fat. It was really gross. They frequently forget our pickle spears also. I wanted to like this new sub, but I was just let down instead.😔

Subs are good as with other firehouse locations. Nice variety of sandwiches. I have only used the drive thru here so not even sure there is anywhere to sit inside. Biggest complaint is the time to wait for food at times. I understand if you want fresh food prepared, it can't happen in a blink of an eye, but I also know this is a restaurant that should have things ready to handle drive-thru traffic.

Firehouse is ALWAYS right on target, with the flavor, the temps, and the customization. They have never let me down and I've been a customer for years. On top of that, they support Firefighters and their families, along with their communities. So Firehouse, IMO, is hands down the BEST chain Sub shop out there!
