I don't often write reviews, but the people who work here are just so nice. They make a point to remember your name if you come more than once (they knew mine by my third visit) and are always going out of their way to be pleasant and friendly. I work in a building nearby so I drop by VERY regularly, and I've had nothing but positive encounters with everyone who works here; my coworkers say the same.

I come here every morning before my class to get a bagel for breakfast. Their all nighter bagel is great and their coffee is really good too. Most of their negative reviews seem to be from before I started going to UGA and I've always had great service from them. The staff is also really friendly and fast!

It was touch and go last year when they first opened, but lately the service has been consistently good and the food and drinks consistently tasty! The main thing that could be more consistent is the coffee urns that are sitting out, sometimes those are not right, like half strength brew. Everything else has been great lately!

I asked the cashier to show me the cups for 16oz and 24 oz drinks since I’m not familiar with how they actually look size wise and the cashier replied back with “it’s just 16 or 24oz” and refused to show me those cups. I ended up with 24 oz which was more than I wanted; should have just walked away instead.

It may be a little bit overpriced, but it is so well-placed and the food & drinks are all SO GREAT. Much recommended. My favorite beverage over there is vanilla cold brew shake, so y'all should try it out!

The grubhub is always listed as closed despite the restaurant being open. Without a uga id this is the only way to use the paw points included in your meal plan here. If I hadn’t paid in advance for paw points this wouldn’t be an issue, but this is the only retail food location on south campus so lying that they are closed on grubhub is extremely unprofessional and akin to stealing student’s money.
