The best thing about this property is definitely the location, and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel has not been open very long, and there is already a noticeable issue with roaches. ROACHES. I initially booked a room where the microwave didn’t work, but the staff immediately moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I noticed small roaches near the sink. After reporting it, I was moved again, but the issue only seemed to escalate. In the next room, there were bugs near the wardrobe area and even on the wall. I also encountered a full-size roach that I had to kill myself. At that point, I requested a refund. I understand this is an extended-stay property, but proper pest control should be a priority. It was disappointing because the rooms appeared clean, yet the infestation was still very noticeable. In the final room I checked, I saw several roaches—far more than anyone should encounter during a stay. I was not willing to risk bringing them home with me. Echo can serve as a temporary option if you need a place to stay or shower, but based on my experience, it’s best to check out shortly after.

We found this place last minute on a trip when we decided to stop for the night. What a great experience! Staff was friendly and made you feel right at home immediately. The room we had was fabulous! Spacious, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Will absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is the most clean, affordable and comfortable place I’ve been to. I’ve stayed here a while and I’ve seen the progress and hard work to keep the place looking tidy and worth it for the guests. The staff at the front desk , and the manager all are so easy to talk to and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The place always smells great after cleaning, clean sheets, and great rooms ! I’ll choose this place time and time again.

Rooms are clean and orderly. Due to travel we had to check-in late and were seeking an extended stay, we arrived late but Matthew at front desk was very professional,patient and agreeable. He worked with us to not only get a room Very late but also went above and beyond to help us get the room type we requested. Very helpful! Rooms are clean and environment of hotel is quiet , respectable. Very positive energy and would recommend to anyone!

Easy and quick check in. Modern rooms with nice everyday needed conveniences like a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and even stove top. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location convenient to the expressway. Just wish the water pressure and temperature was better.

He assisted with replacing lost room keys with kindness and a smile. I'm sure all weary travelers will be delighted to check in at ECHO Suites with his welcoming demonor.

The room itself was nice...Everything was perfect until I went in the bathroom...Dust was on the towel that was hanging on the shower (batmat) ok..I could handle that...but what I couldn't handle was long pieces of hairs in the shower..all on the wall...Black dirt on the shower...and hair on the walls of the shower. but other than that ...the room was great...I like the fact of the no carpet... The house keepers just needs to clean the bathrooms better....I would stay again if I were in the area..and they are close by alllllll the restaurants!☺️

I always assume that places I choose has a continental breakfast. I was wrong. This place doesn't. They wanted to charge me $20 to check in 15 minutes early. It was a long day and the hottest day of the year, and I just wanted to check in. I got there, no pool. In the room, no TV service. They offered another room, but I already settled in. I would rather pay a couple extra dollars for bed sheets that are changed often, instead of every 14 days, and continental breakfast. A pool and TV would have been nice too. They replied to my review, and instead of making ammends and trying to win a customer back, they explained the rules to me and basically called me a liar. They said, " we found no evidence of tv outage". I highly recommend staying elsewhere

Stayed last night! Nightmare! Very clean. Roach in the bathroom this morning. Last night we laid down around 8 and the noise is awful. The traffic noise is bad but the walls are paper thin. At 9 I started calling about the noise from upstairs. Stomping and running n moving chairs n just being trashy. The desk called and went up by 11. It only got worse. They asked if we would change rooms. No ma'am not at 1130 at night n I've done nothing wrong. Finally around 1 fell asleep. Ridiculous. They charge way over the advertised price. After telling them I'm a member I got the correct rate. Just overall a bad experience. Don't recommend

We had to relocate here after a house fire in March so we’re basically residents here right now…I will say this is one of the cleanest hotels around, one of the newer built. They’re always making improvements for guest comfort and safety, the staff is really nice and always helpful ! They don’t have breakfast and a pool but they DO have coffee in the lobby and a gym ! This is a place of peace when you need it while traveling or a secondary living space
