Employees act like the food they give me is coming out of their paychecks 🤣. Got a $4 loaded hashbrowns and after waiting in line for 20 minutes (the line was empty except for one other car), I finally order my food and out comes three hashbrowns, a squirt of cheese, and three microscopic pieces of bacon. Please don’t waste your time going here, go literally anywhere else, I promise if you go somewhere else the employees won’t act like you killed their dog when giving you your food. And just so you know that I’m not being unreasonable, I came in the middle of the day nowhere near closing, so they had no excuse. The food tasted great, just the quantity was abysmal.

I ordered three donuts through the drive thru. Two of them were frosted. I am attaching a picture for you to see how they care about clients. My kids got frustrated because the frosting were upsidedown touching the bag and the other pieces, I went in to complain and they said that's is how they offer their products in bags. This is not how you present a product. Do not recommend them.

This store really needs to get itself a manager. Service like this makes me want to go by starbucks Instead. 9/10 of my orders are done wrong. I order the exact same thing everytime. The drive through line for 2 or 3 cars sometimes takes 20 minutes. Sometimes taking your time with work is actually quicker rather than rushing orders & continuing to redo them. Edit: markael has consistently been the only person to be lively and kind at the window. Edit 9/14/25: it's got slightly better but nothing to brag about. My orders are still consistently messed up. I ordered 2 bacon cheese wrap with no egg and received just this. When they remade it, it was done correctly and fresh. Very good. Hoping management is reading their reviews. A new dunkin is opening up close by and a lot of people will relocate.

It’s 6:56 am and I walk in for a fire dash money greeted me every staff member worked with their heads down as if I wasn’t there! She prepared the order then slid it to the end of the counter without eye contact! There are a total of 4 workers! This is sad!!

Changing my review. Their customer service is always great however, last time I went, I got an un toasted avocado toast that was cold.. the guac was cold too.. this time, I got an avocado toast that was completely burnt and barely had any guacamole.

I am not 1 to make reviews but i can't help but be annoyed by the service i received today. I asked for a chai latte with a shot of espresso and had a sip on my way home and realized it was just a regular latte. I am not a big fan of coffee so I know it is a regular latte, and even the label on the cup literally says "hot latte" not "hot chai latte". I'm not one to complain so i hated coming back, but I did and told them that it was a regular latte, being polite, to which they said "no, it probably only tastes that way to you because of the shot of espresso", which i have had this exact drink before, and no, it wouldn't taste like this. She offers to put some "extra" pumps of chai which I agree to, and I left feeling gaslit because after 2 more sips, it is literally just a coffee. She was polite so I believed her when she assured me it should be a chai latte, but I googled later what a dunkin chai latte would look like, and the label FOR SURE would say "hot chai latte", so I am annoyed that she even doubted me. The only reason I'm extra annoyed to the point of making this review is that just last week I placed an online order for a chai latte, and also got a regular latte that time too?? I know what regular coffee tastes like because I don't like it! I'm mad I was doubted and then doubted myself. A friend who worked at starbucks offered "she should have just remade the drink and not even argued with you, that is what they taught us at starbucks", and I agree because all that mattered was it didnt taste right to me. Those extra 3 pumps of chai made no difference because it was a REGULAR latte. I added the pic I googled up and a pic of my own cup just to add proof. I dont even know why she wouldn't have believed me, when I even pointed out "well the cup only says hot latte, not hot chai latte". Chai lattes are all i can get from dunkin since I don't like coffee, and I can't even get THAT right here. A waste of $7.

I was in line for 10-15 minutes waiting. And I asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and a chocolate donut with sprinkles, I received a donut that wasn’t the right one then I received a cold non sprinkle donut and a burnt bagel with very little PLAIN cream cheese , I am highly disappointed!

I have been coming to Eastside Dunkin for almost 4 years and the past month I have to give my cappuccino back every time. I always order a Large but when I get my drink, it's half full with the other half foam. Why would anyone order a drink and feel good about getting a small for a large price. I NEED Dunkin to improve thier training on whomever is filling up the cups.

Not sure how something like this would cause a 40 minute delay waiting to place an order in the drive thru. Yep, that’s how long I was in line for to order and another 10 minutes at the window to receive my coffee and bagel.
