Decided to try matcha at Dunkin instead of Starbucks! I asked him for an opinion on adding strawberry to a matcha iced & he sounded confused. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This is what I got. 0/10. Matcha is green…. I’ll just stick to Starbucks.

I ordered my usual on the app, and when I arrived there was no cold foam, no issue but I asked them to make it right. The issue came when they brought me my “remade” order and there was a hair floating on the inside of it. The drive thru worker asserted “I didn’t make this that’s not mine. Let me remake it for you.” And brought me yet another remade coffee and told me to have a good day.. no apologies, nothing. I don’t even want my coffee anymore.

“Hi Dunkin’ Donuts, I placed an order for donuts for my daughter’s school about a week and a half ago and just picked them up. I noticed that the heart-shaped cupcakes with roses on top were stacked on top of each other, which caused the bottoms to be flattened. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I expected them to be handled with more care. Could you please let me know how this can be addressed?” I also told the lady at the counter and she was like oh no with no sense of urgency!!!!

I ordered two coffees and they were both messed up. I asked them to put more creamer and sugar in it and they brought it to me to put in the coffees. The girl kept telling she’s already put one creamer in it. They pretty much refused to remake them. The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and I will never visit it again. Customer service is more like McDonald’s service but McDonald’s coffee is way better than this Dunkin location.

What is WRONG with this DD?! The wait times are astounding!! Whether you go in or the drive thru ..... and half the time it's not what I ordered and I get a simple iced coffee with French vanilla and cream. Management, please look into this pronto! 37 minutes in a drive thru with only 6 cars ahead of me is ridiculous. It's almost 7 minutes per car.....

Let me start off by saying “I love Dunkin’ Donuts” but I will never go to the one on hwy 29 again. The workers were rude, after they didn’t GREET me coming in I POLITELY said Goodmorning as loud as I could to set the tone/atmosphere and STILL NO ONE RESPONDED. This isn’t the 1st time. So that’s why I wrote a review! I think it should be a shift in the workers attitudes or they will lose more customers NOT JUST ME. I go to Dunkin’s almost EVERY morning for an ice coffee but before I go bk to that one I would go to STARBUCKS where they greet you and make you feel good about spending your money.

Dunkin’ Donuts has awesome Munchkins and coffee. We also really enjoy their “big donuts,” as my 4 year old likes to call them. We’ve tried many of their donuts. The two drinks I recommend are the Mocha Latte and the Sunrise Mixed Iced coffee. Both are fabulous. As far as donuts go, you won’t go wrong with a chocolate cake or blueberry cake donut. My wife really enjoys the creamed filled donuts. The apple cream filled is pretty great. You can always go with a classic donut and choose either glazed or chocolate glazed (which is one of my favorites). The munchkins come in several styles too. We usually pick an assortment or go with chocolate and blueberry. You can also ask them to glaze the munchkins as well. Whatever you choose, be prepared to be impressed with the wonderful quality presented by the Athens Dunkin’ Donuts on Hwy 29!!

Fast and friendly service. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they work! I got there and got stuck in two really big lines during morning rush hour and they had me through the line with my order in less than 10 minutes. That's amazing. Fastest Dunkin' I've ever seen!

When this location first opened it was 5 stars all around. However, in the past year I have not had 1 order filled exactly as I ordered it. It's either a completely different item than what I ordered, made entirely wrong, or burned to the point of being inedible. While they are happy to remake the order or offer a refund, it's extremely inconvenient. As I normally order via the mobile app, I am trying to save time on my morning commute. In the past year I've placed more than 50 orders at this Dunkin location. That's 50+ orders I've had to pay for that were made incorrectly. Other locations do not seem to have this issue. If you don't want your breakfast completely screwed up, I recommend going ANYWHERE else. This is the last time I will go to this Dunkin location.
