My Fiancé found a rusted piece of metal in her sandwich. Not a flake or a speck — an actual, around dime-sized chunk of sharp rusted metal sitting right in the top of the sandwich I ordered. This is beyond disgusting — it’s a serious health hazard. If it hadn’t been seen before taking a bite, It could have caused severe injury or potential death. The fact that something this dangerous made it into a customer’s order is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete failure in food safety and quality control. I’ve already contacted corporate, consulted with my lawyer, and will be reporting this to the health department immediately. There needs to be accountability, because this kind of negligence puts people at real risk. Until Dunkin’ shows they take this seriously, I will never eat here again — and if you value your health, I’d advise you to do the same.

Ummm wrong store to get customers service here. I order a dunk latte iced sausage egg and cheese biscuit hash brown. The sausage egg biscuit isn’t cook all the whoever fix this biscuit didn’t care like it just came out of a frozen box of bias.12.50 meal.

My experience is always very good. The coffee is very good and consistent every day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually dine in and I order ahead. My order is always ready when I arrive. The restaurant is clean and well maintained.

Alexandria is amazing always has a beautiful smile💕😊 My food name is Blue, I get my coffee every morning before work and it’s always ready and right. The staff works super hard and do the best they can even when very busy. There has been times when my vanilla iced coffee was not made right and they went out ther way to fix it and make sure I was taken care of. One young girl in there even gave me a shot of vanilla syrup cause I had to run. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HARD WORK YOU GUYS DO.

We went through the drive-thru, and the employee taking our order was very rude. Our order ended up being wrong. The store and its management didn't care, so corporate had to send us a gift card. As soon as we used the gift card, this store started blowing up my phone. They didn't care to make things right until corporate stepped in to do the right thing.

I picked a bad day to get doughnuts? The doughnuts are not the freshest. Some need more frosting. Is it coming out the employees pockets for them to be stingy on the frosting? I wouldn't be upset if they were free but I did pay for them. I had to go through the drive thru since dine in is no longer an option. I would have said something sooner had I seen it. On a positive note the person that took my order was nice. I guess today was not the day to get doughnuts.

Coffee so sugary it made me sad. I asked for 1 cream 1 sugar iced coffee but they must've given me someone else's coffee cause it was so sugary it felt acidic. It also had some flavoring which i didnt get either

I hate to be that person who has had so many positive experiences with this location and to only leave a review when I have had a negative one. There is a wonderful day crew that I interact with regularly and I don’t want them to not be recognized. I enjoy seeing their faces! They are so kind and always make my mobile-order correctly. However, I don’t know if some of the evening crew is now working days or if this is a new hire but last Wednesday at 11am and today at 10am, I have experienced the same rude attitude at the speaker. If you are angry at capitalism —I totally get it sis—but don’t take it out on customers who are hard working (food service) people exactly like you. Uncool.

My coffee is never consistent and they put barely any coffee in the actual iced coffee. it's mostly milk. They are usually really nice though early in the mornings.
