Went for the first time tonight and had an amazing time. The bouncers were super friendly making a point to to tell everyone to get home safe. Felt almost like a Disney experience. Best sound and light in Athens!

This is an amazing line dancing venue. I was so impressed with the beautiful establishment from the hardwood dance floor to the nostalgic brick walls. All the flashing lights, and the sound system will blow your socks off!! Literally! Everyone was singing in unison and dancing! The DJ was so enthusiastic, he knew all the music and songs the crowd liked! I have never been so impressed. They have a huge stage where a beautiful instructor teaches free line dancing Thursday through Saturday nights. I went Halloween night it was standing room only and the outside was lined with patrons waiting to get in on both sides of the building. Everyone was dressed as their favorite Halloween character!! I could go on and on with this review but go check it out yourself! Fun!!!

Extremely pleased with Dukes & Dottie’s in Athens! They are hands down one of the best spots in Athens. The energy hits with country music, awesome lighting, and a dance floor full of people who actually want you to join in. I went on a Friday night and ended up learning a few line dances from total strangers who felt like friends by the end of the night. The bartenders are quick and friendly, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the whole place has this welcoming vibe that makes it easy to relax and have fun. Even if you’re not a dancer, it’s worth going just to soak up the atmosphere. If you’re in Athens and want something more memorable than the usual bar scene, this is the spot. Just wear comfortable shoes. you’ll thank me later.

Used to frequent Dukes & Dotties in Tallahassee and when I was passing through Athens I had to come check out this place. As always the bartenders and staff do an amazing job at showing everyone a great time. The DJ and music are always top notch. Cant wait to come again the next time im in town!

Such a fun atmosphere. I find myself wanting to go hang out for a little bit when I get the chance. Friendly staff who seem to try and keep the place clean and safe. They all seem like they genuinely want people to have a good time while there. Highly recommend.

Always a fun time. I’m not one to stay at one bar all night but soon as I get into Dukes I don’t want to leave. Bartenders are the best in town and the security staff is helpful and quick to solve problems. Nykol is literally the most impressive manager I’ve ever seen!
