I went in with low expectations after reading the other reviews but was determined to judge for myself. I'm glad I did. Everyone was great. The lady at the front desk, the housekeeping ladies, even the gentlemen staying in the rooms next to me. I was a bit concerned about the noise level when I saw how full the parking lot was but it was actually the quietest stay I've had in a while. By about 10 each night it's like the entire place was sleeping. As far as location, for me it was right up the road from where I was visiting so definitely no complaints there. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be staying again.

This hotel was a little hard to find as it is tucked in near a strip mall. The rooms have seen their share of guests but, the Beds and towels were like house keeping, clean and comfortable. The shower was warm and the sink drained well. The price was good but most of all, I love the manager Christie! She is welcoming, friendly and attentive. I lost an small case of components and her reaction was of genuine concern. I am gushing because as someone who is away from home 5 days a week, it is a privilege to meet people who care about other people these days, especially in customer service. While the stay was a budget worthy and comfortable one, The warm, friendly morning staff and Christie made it happily memorable. Thanks

Traveling through the area we made a last minute reservation on Wednesday, October 15. All we needed/wanted was a clean room at a reasonable price. We were only staying the night, leaving early the next morning. We got there later afternoon/early evening and met Lisa, the person behind the desk. She was so lovely. We asked for dinner recommendations, something good, but reasonable, not fancy. She gave us a couple of choices and we went to Spot On The Alley. She was right on the money. Excellent food, reasonably priced and the service there was very good. Service: Lisa was wonderful. After we returned from dinner I asked if there was any decaf coffee and she immediately offered to make a pot for me. I tried to decline because I didn’t want her to go to the trouble; I had just hoped there was some in the hot pots, but she quickly made a new pot for me and it was excellwnt, being made in a Bunn maker. After husband and I got to our room we realized the TV wouldn’t get a picture. It powered on, but no video. Lisa came to our room to troubleshoot and she determined it was a cable from the wall to the TV that was the issue. She tried to make it work, but she had no luck and there wasn’t an available cord to replace it, so we made due without TV for the night, but it wasn’t due to her not wanting to help; she just didn’t have the right equipment to make it work. Lisa was extremely pleasant and as helpful as could be. If only all hospitality persons were as pleasant as she was. The room: When we walked in it appeared clean and well kept. There were no bugs, and that’s really my only demand in a room. Later, when something was dropped and we were searching for it under the window area we realized that the sills around the windows could definitely use some attention as well as the baseboard area, but all in all I would say it was acceptable. The TV mentioned above was an issue, but maintenance can’t fix it if they don’t know it’s broken, so hopefully now, for the next guests, the cable has been replaced. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was very good. The bathroom sink was quite large as was the countertop, which is nice. Location: The hotel is right off a main road, so there is some road noise, but we didn’t find it too distracting. It is located at the far end of a shopping area parking lot, with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. There are a lot of tradespeople staying there while working on local projects. The parking lot didn’t start filling up until about 7:30 pm and by 8 am it was almost emptied out. We didn’t hear any people issues while there; the other guests were quiet. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I wish there had been more protein sources. The only protein option was yogurt, of which I am not a fan. Hard boiled eggs and individual containers of cottage cheese would have been great. There were choices of bread for toast and various options for toppings. There was also cold cereal choices and waffles that could be made. Coffee and other beverages were offered. This hotel is exactly what I expected for the money. No amenities or fanciness, but clean and comfortable and friendly. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to people coming to the area.

We booked a non smoking room. The room was labeled non-smoking, but upon entering it, the stale smoke smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The carpet, bedding, walls all reaped of cigarette/tobacco smoke residue. It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We chose this location as a last resort. Due to the Clemson football game the next day, all other hotels were booked. We thought that because Wyndham had attached their name to the building as one of their locations, being that we are and have been Wyndham vacation owners, we assumed our experience would be like other past experiences when we stayed at a Wyndham vacation property. That, unfortunately, was not the case with this property. We expressed our concerns to the front desk manager and staff that were on duty. We asked for a refund because they did not provide us with a non-smoking room. By their standards, this was a non-smoking room. They were fully booked and said we are responsible for paying the entire 2 day, 3 night balance. The hotel manager was very rude and took no responsibility in helping to resolve the issue amicably. They would not provide me with information on whom else I could speak to. We filed a complaint with Wyndham and are waiting on a resolution.

Very close to many stores like Aldi and several fast food restaurants. Grocery store within 2 minutes. Planet Fitness with 3 minutes. Walkable location to several retail stores. Hospital across the street. Great staff. Repeat customer. Remodeled rooms have much more storage than before.

Booked 2 rooms. 1st room had to be moved because the smoke smell was overwhelming. This room had dirty floors, stains on bedding and towels. Moved this booking to another room that smelt better. Still dirty floors. And this room had a closed sink so the water didn't drain so we washed our hands in the tub. You have to hold the the toilet handle and hope for the best. Shower stayed clogged and I showered in about 6 inches of water. We are here for a funeral and we're looking for affordable accommodations. My brother is at the Hampton Inn and said it is clean throughout. Not recommended. Due to the lack of cleanliness we will not be having breakfast here. Also, the outside of the ice machine was moldy so we decided not to use the ice. Great location and it would be great if they took care of the property.

Most of the staff was friendly and free ice only good things to say. Well, first off, we called the day before we came to make sure the pool was opened (that was on Thursday we came on Friday). We said we want to spend most of our time at the pool. When we got there, we were told the pool was closed because of a storm on Wednesday the day before we called. Only had one rolling chair to sit in, and it was stained up. We brought in our fold up outdoor chairs we happened to have and sat in them. Toilet paper holder was falling off toilet paper fell off every time you touched it. The shower thing you turn to take a shower was messed up.. No coffee pot in the room however there was two styrofoam coffee cups.
