Itβs now newly renovated and updated Quality Inn π¨. The rooms are nice and accommodating. Service is courteous and outstanding. Nice Large parking lot have lots of room for big trucks and trailers and even hooked up boat π€ with truck, no need to unhookβ¦ charging plugs outside for your boats too! π€©Location is great with everything in a walking distance or within 2-3 miles. We would recommend it to our friends and families.

This place is a dump! Don't stay here! It was a non smoking room, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks in the carpet. The tiles in the shower were cracked and glued together. The toilet seat was chipped, old and not clean. It needs to be replaced. THEN THE BEDBUGS! YUCK!!! Brought a bug to the front desk and showed them. They wouldn't refund us the money, even though we could not sleep and left early. This place should be shut down. I'm reporting them to every agency I can.

Beverly was working at the front desk when I checked in. She is an outstanding employee and truly tried to make things better, however, this hotel is just not guest friendly.||||*2 different non-smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarette β¦

I stayed here when Hurricane Matthew caused evacuation of South Carolina Low Country. My stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I found my room to be clean, everything worked, and absolutely no roaches or other unwanted pests. I've managed a hotel myself for 10+ years and can say that management and staff are well on top of their job! Thank you to the management and staff! οΏ½οΏ½ S. Castillo

The room wasn't too bad. The front desk clerk that works evenings is a pretty cool guy and makes sure you're squared away. There's no breakfast and no internet. Mi stayed a week and my last day I asked for a late checkout of 1 pm and they said no I have to pay for an extra night. Greed is a mother. I needed another stay at a hotel and went to the days inn up the street.

There was no toilet paper or shower curtain in the bathroom. The blanket on the bed had a giant hole cut in it. Had to go to the front desk to resolve these issues. The excuse given was recent renovations. There is a foul smell outside in the parking lot coming from the lot next store or just the area in general smells bad, but is not noticeable once in the room. Water stains on the ceiling. There is no breakfast offered as stated in the Google Maps app. If you are a light sleeper the nearby trains may wake you early in the morning. The only upsides were the bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

3 star review because I was only here to visit family. The room they were staying in looked very clean and all appliances were functional. The exterior of the building looked fine. I did not encounter staff (had no reason to). According to my family, their rates were an acceptable value.

Good hotel for the price, loved the truck parking, the front desk was great and very polite. He helped us with all of our problems. 55.00 a night. No bugs, no hair in the drain , nothing. Very pleased. It was a little out dated but it did what we needed it too. Comfy beds also.

We checked in between 8&9 am and by 6 pm were being told that in order to stay we would have to pay an additional 70$ after wed already paid 90$. This place is a rip off the manager Chris held me in the front office and wouldn't allow me to go anywhere. I felt like I was in a way being held there in unwillingly. It inot right to treat people this way . I will advise anyone who stays here to be very cautious especially females. The manager is terrifying and I know he'd go in any room just the way he did mine today. So be lease be informed and stay away from this place.
