Dining room open now. They took some chairs down after I took the pictures.. Friendly employees and good service. However, the last time I went, it took about 30 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich because they grill them to order. It just took an extremely long time compared to usual.

Every year I buy a New York cheesecake cake for birthdays and they've always been filled with JUST CHEESECAKE but yesterday when I bought one I was disappointed because it didn't say in the box that it would have chocolate inside it and it literally had NO cheesecake inside just chocolate, was still good but was very disappointed!

The Blizards are always cold and delicious but the poorly designed floorplan makes for a chaotic scene when more than 4 people walk in the door behind you.

We went for late night ice cream. Everyone's orders were good and enjoyable. One star less because door was locked 15 minutes before closing, and one of our party couldn't get back in after getting an item in his car.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I wanted a Valentine's ice cream cake. I called and talked to a lady, who sounded happy I wanted a cake. When I picked up the cake, I had a question, and the guy at the register walked back to the cake case with me and seemed genuinely eager to help. I will definitely order from them again.

Ridiculous. Absolute trash. Opened my sandwich box to pickles, lettuce and extra onion (when no onion was asked for) on TOP of my sandwich. Get it together. I’ll be calling corporate on the morning. Back again to see if things got any better since my last visit ⬆️ not any better. Waited for 38 minutes in the drive thru for two burger combos. And they weren’t even right..how do you keep making the same mistakes DQ?

I remember when I gave this place a rating of only 2 stars, but recently, I decided to give this place another chance. And, this time, the employees were a lot more professional than they used to be. It still seemed like the employees hated their jobs, but this time, it was only to the extent of them just being stressed out on the job rather than them trying to be rude. This is a huge improvement. Therefore, I will be back.

I have always gone here in the 4 years I've been living out here and despite having a less than stellar visit once or twice, I have always counted on them to be good, clean and courteous. I'm very disappointed in the handling of my orange dream shake and then the talking about it or looking at it like I'm lying. I had almost $5.50 in that alone, for our $30 lunch.. then to act like you don't see the debris in my shake..ok.. but, why would I drive 20 miles round trip to have to come back on Friday afternoon. And come inside for new shake when i used drive thru originally..my hubs with cancer was with me and needed to get home. we are NOT all Karen's. I was polite until today. Last Christmas will be the last time I buy 20 -30 gift cards for my delivery drivers. I'll go to zaxbys n whataburger now I guess. Thankful for the lady at counter who had nothing to do with my order. She was great!
