I lived here for two years and I cannot recommend it enough. Jeff is incredible for actually caring about tenants and putting in significant effort into making the property a great place to live. Rent was totally reasonable, especially since there was an awesome pool, pest control, trash, WiFi, (and a cool hammock close to the pool) included. If I still lived in the Athens area, I would live here for many more years. Green properties genuinely cares about their tenants in a way that I've never even heard about elsewhere. Everything is super clean and well maintained. They put effort into keeping the apartments a good quality, and their methods of property management to pay rent was very straightforward. 10/10 recommend!

My time at Cross Creek was incredible, they have a very friendly, helpful, professional staff. The complex is very well kept and maintenance requests are repaired within 2-3 business days. The Green family makes their tenants their highest priority. The units are clean and the bedrooms are very large. All kitchens are newly renovated and the appliances work like new. The complex is always calm and quiet and the landscape is beautiful. I highly recommend this unit!

I lived here for 3years and moved out last year because of relocation to different state. This apartment is very well maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Jeff is really prompt to your needs and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you live in Athens.

Green Properties has the best management I have seen so far in Athens, GA. I lived in their Cross Creek Apartments and I never had an issue. They always put their tenants first and respond within 24 hours whenever I have a request or question. The rooms in the 4 Bedroom apartments were the perfect size and I loved having people over. Great place to live!

For the 2 years that I’ve lived at CrossCreek Apartments, I really loved it! First they did a roommate matching for you to find suitable a suitable roommate(s) - which turned out perfect for me & my roommate because we clicked from we first met! Apart from that, the complex is a quaint complex with hardly any noise from neighbors & really a clean environment. The staff & Jeff are always professional, courteous & willing to go the extra mile for residents! My only regret was that I didn’t make use of the pool on the property. Other than that, I’d say my living experience is as just about perfect. I didn’t own a vehicle so I walked to and from the bus stop daily (which is about a 7-10 min walk up the hill to the Redlands). I think having a vehicle would’ve made my experience entirely perfect! I definitely recommend for prospective tenants!

Great management. Awesome place to lease. Maintenance is great. No pests. Pool is great. Rent is cheap and you have to option to include all utilities. Highly recommend.
