If you want to live in a community where they race up and down the road move to Covey Homes on Lexington Rd Also office personnel are never there when you need them. Courtesy officer never answered the phone when you need him. The best part of this community was the maintenance staff very good and helpful.

I recently moved here and I absolutely love everything about this place. This place is more like you are living in your own private community. The reason I'm writing this review is for Jaycee. She works in management and always has a great attitude to go along with her million dollar smile. I had some paperwork issues and with the click of the mouse, Jaycee had the problem resolved. I would like to personally thank Jaycee for her commitment and dedication on solving my issue. Covey Home should be proud to have her as part of the team!

Don’t rent here! I lived here for 3 years and they went up on my rent every month! They charge you crazy fees if the rent is not paid by the 3rd! They will put eviction notices on your door on the 7th of the month if you haven’t paid by then. They don’t care how long you have been living there or what problems you have they will put you out so fast! The property manager is very rude & they always have different people working in the office! Everything is cheap in the apartment & it’s dog feces everywhere in everyone’s yard! A dog chased my daughter one day after school! College students always having parties disturbing you at night & using the bathroom on people’s back porch! The gate is always broken to enter the complex! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

The management here is amazing. I relocated here from Texas and the staff has been beyond helpful. When searching for a home and calling around, they were the community that consistently communicated and answered the phone. The team works cohesively and you can tell they truly care about each and every resident! I have worked as a multifamily property manager for 20 plus years. So my expectations were a bit high. Covey Lexington hit all the marks. They made my relocation so much easier with ease of access and great customer service. If you are thinking of moving here, YOU ABSOLUTELY Should! The grounds are stunningly clean and the neighbors are friendly. Great place to live.

I’ve lived at covey homes for almost a year now and have really enjoyed it! The home is nice and the facilities are great! When I’ve needed maintenance help, they’re so quick to fix the issue which hasn’t been my experience in other places. It definitely is on the pricier side but to me it’s worth it. I’ve lived in a lot of different places in Athens, but this is definitely one of the best!

I lived there for over one year. Horrible management. The pricing is misleading, way more expensive than advertised with all of the boundless they charge you. Several back charges. Not enough park spaces. The secretary is never in the office, they don’t answer the phone. Communication is a nightmare. Even though I had renters insurance and provided proof of insurance in advance, management signed me up for renters insurance without my consent and without any notification with a company of their choice. There are plenty of trash cans and poop bags easily available in the neighborhood, however there is dog poop everywhere, as people don’t clean after their dogs. If you have other options consider it, otherwise that is what you may expect. Be careful with the made up five-star reviews.

I lived here for over 2 years and was one of the first tenant in my particular unit. I do not recommended anyone live here. The move out process is very deceptive. I was stuck with ridiculous final bill for items that were suppose to be repaired during my lease with them via there onsite maintenance team. Communicate has been terrible, having to call multiple times to over a couple of days to get anyone on the phone to discuss my issues. I have never been treated so dismissive to concerns from any rental company I have worked with. My move-out experience has been terrible and expensive. Please be careful if this is the property you choice.
