Myself and my husband visited for the African gospel celebration. It was very nice. They had refreshments in the cafeteria after the service (wasn’t a fan of how they didn’t have utensils and people were just picking up the food with their fingers). However everyone was friendly. It was our first time visiting the church, and it took us a while to figure out how to get to the sanctuary. I feel like it would have been helpful if there were greeters so we wouldn’t feel so out of place❣️

Uuummmmm....it all started when I needed a place to sleep,I was referred to the church by one of the local residents that slept on the back porch where the church was nice enough to let local homeless people sleep!but I soon found out quickly enough that they didn't like homeless people by the way they came to the church at 7a.m. started threatening the homeless people that if they didn't wake be off the property in 5 mind they were going to have them arrested ,so all homeless were scattering too&frow trying to gather their belongings before people of the church of God had them arrested for sleeping on their property that they offered the night before so I stayed for 6months &got harassed and threatened everyday of the whole 6 months I enjoyed my experience at the Presbyterian church I met a lot of bipolar, crazy, some good people just needing a helping hand¬ to be judged ,but hey it was crazy fun until they bushhogged all the trees surrounding the church to ensure that the homeless will not have a bush to sleep in or a tent to throw it out of! But the people that run the church tried their best to help but the homeless just wouldn't accept, but is a great church to attend on sunday, and the food drive on Thursday is free! Walk up or drive up if you are hungry don't come here go to the dumpster behind dunkin doughnuts it's better than a brown bag special full of beans! God blessed us all!

I have enjoyed the last 6 years of going to Covenant Presbyterian. It is an interesting mix of liberal theology and old time religious music and community. The Choir is only accompanied by a piano, but the arrangements and depth of talent is amazing for such a smaller size church. The Pastors are very connected with the Faith community at Covenant as you would expect with a small congregation. All of our family has been welcomed and loved by a wonderful congregation.

I have suffered religious wounding at a young age in a hell fire church. So much so that I would not set foot in a Christian church for decades. The approach to Christ by the ministry heals that wounding. Then too there is the loving care shown by the congregation.

People were very kind to my kids and I.and we enjoyed the service, but there was no Sunday school for them and they served stale snacks after worship.

Mostly a kind and polite environment. Do as you're asked and all is kosher. Just don't let the yahoos ruin it for you. Trust me they try.
