Very nice. Upscale with gated entry. Nice big playground and pool. .❤I don't live here but my close dearest friends do. They have moved here a super long time and in the last few years maybe more we’re not sure the gated entry does not work. It stays open and I have yet to see the pool open. Also, it seems that there is Loud music coming from a lot of lots. I love that. This is a kid friendly place, but the kids seem to rule the roads. I’m sure all this can be fixed. I know it’s hard to run places a business like these, but I think it could be fixed in a much manner.

This property has improved! The grounds are much cleaner than it used to be. Landscaping is emasculate. All the praise to Danny our Maintenance Supervisor. Madeline is the best ! There was a time I couldn’t speak to anyone and now we have amazing customer service thanks to Madeline. She greets you professionally and takes the time to listen to your problems and makes sure it’s resolved.

It's a nice quiet area . Very kid friendly and safe,they have a play ground and pool.Everyone keeps to themselves and are respectful. However,I wish they could control the cat population because it's out of control.i would respect it if they also would enforce certain rules more such as making sure people maintain their property and not let people live in tents .

Country Corners is a wonderful family community. They provide many activities for children including a public pool, a playground and even a shelter for the kids to stay out of the weather while waiting on the school bus. The people there are very friendly. If I were on the market far a lot to put a mobile home, I would look no further than Country Corners. It is kid and family friendly and seems to be a very safe community. Thanks for your time.

Danny and Madeline work so hard to make this place feel like home. Danny being here has really improved the grounds & Madeline thinks of the kids. Thanks for the treat bags on Halloween!

Nice and quiet. Rent was raised twice because we are a gated community...soon after they tore the gates down,but the raised rent stayed the same...I'm not sure why the water gets cut off in the middle of the day with no notice. Tons of comfortable stray cats...

what is the point of having a manager if she is rarely at her office. Some days she shows up, other days she’s late, other days she leaves early. So inconsistent. Not helpful at all. When is someone going to fix the potholes that we always have to take turns driving around. Tons of stray cats Too that scratch the cars.! Do better

Speed bumps are super high and kept scraping my car. Supposed to have pool access but the pool hasn't been maintained/opened. Aside from that seems fine, but needs some maintenance. Haven't been inside any units
Country Corners
Country Corners is now under new management. A big effort is going out to clean things up, take out unhealthy trees repair the roads and restore the amenities. We have wonderful families here and we look forward to getting to know them. We have plans in the works to have events that will bring our community together and we are very excited to get things started.
